      Very poorly made product. Paid over $90.00 for a pair of slippers only to have them fall apart just over a year later. Conveniently AFTER the warranty expired. Don't waste your money with this company. **************** lady could have cared less about my call.

      I ordered a my pillow mattress topper for which their policy said requires between 10 and 14 business days to deliver. After waiting their required 14 business days, 21 days in total, and requesting a full refund I was informed that they will reship the item and once I receive it then I may return it for a PARTIAL refund (Minus Shipping). This is completely unacceptable as I never agreed to, nor was it indicated, that I would be expected to go through this entire process again. The carrier they chose lost the item so the shipping cost belongs to them and my money is being tied up for God only knows how much longer. My Pillow Company is in effect attempting to hold me responsible for the shipping cost any way possible though, by their own terms and conditions, I did not get what promised in the timeline they set forth. Bad Business!!!!

      My Pillow, Inc. is a horrible company. I received two pairs of slippers within a month that were both defective with the silicone oozing out of the side of the sole of the slipper. The customer service hung up on me twice. They feel that they were more concerned about what I did to cause this then helping me seek a resolution or a refund. This is the ONLY company that I know that will make you pay shipping for their defective items which they deducted from the purchase price of the original shipping then the shipping to return the defective pair of slippers. That is some scam. Not only do they double whammy you on the shipping but they give you a ton of disrespect over the phone about not using their original box to return the slippers in. The nerve to have a customer pay for shipping twice for defective slippers. The customer service is appalling. I am boycotting this company and you should do the same. They have terrible reviews all over the internet. *********************** does not stand behind his product or company.

      Nasty salesman. Sounded exactly like ***********************. Pushy. Wouldnt let me talk. Told me hed get me a better discount and didnt. Started speaking loudly to me.Just wanted the sale without helping **** finally told him to cancel order. Not like the nice guy on tv.

      I love the products. Only thing I can say is during Covid time at Christmas it took a while to get a refund due to lack of workers. Eventually I received my refund. The slippers were great but the size didn't fit me because I was a half size. Every product I have received were exceptional.

      Buyer beware! These slippers are very poorly made. Our slippers fell apart in less than four months.. For $90 you can buy them elsewhere with better quality that will last for years to come. Save yourself a headache and money and support a better company. That stands behind their product and not just talks about how well made they are & and that they are made in *******. They are not. They are made in ******** !! *********************** is a fake and does not stand behind this product.!

      The company makes good products but if there is a problem good luck. Their third party billing called Splitit is a total scam. I ended up paying 89 bucks for a 63 dollar order by using Splitit. They have a unique way of double billing to steal your money and there is no way to call them. Avoid both companies!

      A+Rating I haved LOVED everything I have ordered online and in store.Seriously the best products. 1. Pillows at home, 2. Pillows for traveling in ************* rooms,3. Slippers= Slip on and mocossins,4. Sweatshirt,5. Percale **** bed sheets,6. Towel sets, 7. 2" matress topper has saved my back from used, saggy mattresses in hotel rooms,8. Dog beds,9. Sofa lumbar pillows, 10.and mystore has awesome gifts Ive also been enjoying.Buyers pay shipping and ********** is a great discount code.MYPILLOW.COM IS A+RATING FROM MY EXPERIENCE.

      I have purchased: two pillows, a towel set, and two pairs of slippers from My Pillow. I have also purchased a couple of items from their "My Shop" general household items outlet. I have had zero problems with service or pricing. I believe that these many one-star reviews are fakes, part of a campaign to discredit the company's owner. BBB should do a better job of vetting these reviews, and whoever is reading them should take them with a grain of salt.

      We have bought several My Pillows over the years and have been very pleased with the product. In fact, we have two in each of our four bedrooms. I sleep so well on mine that I take it on the road with me when traveling.
