This company is pathetic to say the least. Youre calling to collect a debt on someone who has been deceased for barely 3 months. You have zero business calling me to obtain any information regarding his estate. I have no idea where you get phone numbers for the families of the deceased but this should NOT be allowed. Do not call me again. His financial dealings are/never were any of my business and Ill see that it stays that way.

I received a letter from Ascension Point that was address to the estate of Adam Kennedy and that Adam Kennedy had passed away and their client had placed the financial matter with your office. I hate to inform you, but I'm not dead. This is truly disgusting and scary that you are sending letters to people claiming they passed when they didn't. Don't send me anything more and take my name off your list. Otherwise I will get a lawyer and sue you.AscensionPoint Recovery Services, LLC

Absolutely disgusting what these people are doing!!! Praying on family's of the descended. Received a letter with no information about the so called financial matter of my father who passed away. I know for a FACT my father had no left financial matter when he passed. This company or what ever it is should be brought up on charges!!AscensionPoint Recovery Services, LLC

This company keeps trying to collect a debt from my deceased husband that I had no knowledge of. I have paid any bill that I knew about & was connected to. I do not have extra funds to pay bills that I am not connected to. Right after my husband passed away my our son was in the hospital with Severe Diabetic Ketoacidosis & could have died as well. I am.trying to pay all our bills, his medical bills & all on half the income. My husband was a veteran & I'm getting no help from the VA. I'm not sure what else I can do.
