      Hello! I ordered two pairs of pants on the *******'s website and paid through PayPal. The pants did not fit correctly, so I returned them to the store to get shipped back. I was told that since it was paid with PayPal, the company would have to get the pants back and they would refund my money, this was on Dec. 5, 2022. I did not receive a refund, so on January 3, 2023, I contacted customer service regarding my order, #*************, of $62.86. They said it would take up to 30 days to receive.As of April 20, 2023, I still have not received my refund. I have made numerous attempts to contact customer service and all they can tell me is that is has been sent to the escalation team. They can never give me a straight answer to where and when I will be receiving my refund. I have even gone to the Algonquin store and they know that I returned them. It is going on 5 months since I have not received my refund and now I am paying interest on it, on my credit card because I have not received the money to clear the charge.I have the numerous emails saved.

      I placed my first order on 12/12/2022. Since then, I have been sent the wrong item three times, and a fourth wrong item is on the way. Each time I have received the wrong item, I have immediately contacted customer service and a) asked for the correct item and b) received a refund. Today is 01/06/2023 and I still do not have the correct item. I have pointed out to the customer service representative(s) that the SKUs on their website are incorrect. They have not made any effort to resolve the issue. I have not received any communication or tracking information regarding the fourth item that is supposed to be being sent to me. They seem happy to just keep giving me the wrong item and wasting their own money by giving me the wrong item multiple times. In fact, during my last call with customer service, they told me "Just go to the store." My closest store is three hours away.I have been an avid *******'s shopper and I have spent lots of my hard-earned money in person and online at this store. Once this issue is resolved, I will no longer be a customer. This is completely unacceptable customer service. They should be embarrassed by their lack of response.

      I have looked into your concern, I do see that you called on 12/19 with the first incorrect item, where we replaced the order for the correct one. On 12/21 you called in again as the item was still no right, we then refunded the order for you We had a 3rd call that came in after you placed the order again, we then sent the information to our fulfillment center and the item was removed from our website as the sku numbers were incorrect.

      I placed an order on 11/11/2022 order# OMAW217815262. I have called repeatedly about my order. I get the same response each time saying the package is waiting for carrier pick up. Ive been told this since 11/15/2020. The last time I called on 11/18/2022 I was told the same thing. Awaiting carrier pickup. Im in the process of moving and placed the order in plenty enough time to receive it before I vacate the premises. Had I known this was an ongoing problem with this company Id have never placed the order. They also said they were sending me a coupon which never happened. Not that I care cause I will not be placing anymore orders with them.

      Notes: This customer only contacted us 1 time. She called in on 11/18/2022 about tracking for order OMAW217815262. We told her it was in released status. This order was shipped on 11/19/2022 and delivered on 11/25/2022.  Here is the tracking number 1ZE6F713YW88554963. With the complaint coming in on 12/5/22, I am assuming that she did not receive the order and have refunded it  as a lost package.

      This is an absolute horrible company. I placed an order and like all customers you look at the shipping date. It showed a range of dates and I selected the one that would arrive by the time I need it. When I noticed this order hadn't even been acknowledged I called to see if I could cancel because obviously it was not going to arrive. I was given lots of generic excuses. Was told I couldn't cancel it. I spoke to the most unprofessional supervisor who basically called me an idiot and was told it will be picked up by a carrier tomorrow. That didn't happen. Call back get another generic response and again I tell them I want this canceled. Nope not allowed. I spoke to another supervisor who offered to credit my account a portion of the amount. All I want is my money back. They refused to tell me who the carrier was or where it was coming from. I still don't have my order, I still have no updated and I still don't want this order since it won't arrive in time. Pathetic company and Pathetic customer service. FO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

      I ordered clothes from mariuces from which have all been shipped except for one and it has already been 5 business days for the one that is left. I have no idea when it is going to get shipped and I am worried it is going to be forgotten about now. I placed my order July 31st and Today is August 6th.
