      Fingerhut has shut off my access to my account to make a payment,and check the status of my account. I've written to them about this and was told that they could not find my account,and to call them. I've explained to them that my hearing is bad and can not call,they again sent me a email saying to call them. Now I've missed 2 payments due to this problem and they are reporting it as missed payments on my credit report. .
      I need this fixed asap.

      My product was delivered to the wrong address. Did everything they told me to do. (Police report, affidavit sent) I was told they never received the paperwork. I re-faxed the paperwork. Months of going through excuses! Now they say it has been too long since they sent my package to the wrong address, there is nothing they can do. Yet, I'm asked to still pay for the product! Now this is affecting my credit! Absolutely would never recommend!

      When I am about to make a payment to my account, I found out that my credit card didn’t show up. When I tried to put it back on, it says error. Same if I put my own bank account in. It keeps getting denied. Also, they keep rearranging my previous payments.

      Fingerhut is denying me access to my account to make payments. I usually go online and use the app but I got my phone number changed so it won’t allow me to sign on to the account. I tried calling fingerhut to update my number and they told me the only way they can update my number is to give them permission to call my phone to remind me of payment. I know my rights and if I don’t want to be called I don’t have to accept it. But denying me access to my account is ridiculous.

      I bought a HOOVER VACUUM through FINGERHUT 219.00$ , it came with a defective suction gasket and it was loud. Hoover and Fingerhut passed the buck, wasted time, eventually Hoover tried to replace the part, it wasnt a available, had to send a new vacuum after weeks of emailing them, but Fingerhut will not send me a return label as I do not want the same vacuum , FINGERHUT SAYS ITS TOO LATE , I CANT GET THE FLOOR CANISTER VAC AS A REPLACEMENT OR GET MY MONEY BACK ! HOOVER TOOK ALL THE TIME AND FINGERHUT CONTACTED MY CREDIT REPORT NEGATIVELY WHILE A WARRANTY ITEM WAS STARTED.

      If I could give zero, I would. Without warning, giving me and all their customers two (2) monthly bills to pay. Then they ruin your credit if you don’t follow their rules, which are very confusing. They keep changing the rules. I just wish I could of gotten in on the lawsuits. They will not receive another cent if my hard earned money. Every single payment had been made on time for years. I hope they go bankrupt.

      If I could they would get zero stars. I have talked to many customer service people today and one supervisor. I have asked them if they could lower my monthly payments. They all said no. When I asked the supervisor for someone hire then him, he wouldn't connect me to anyone. When I asked Hime for the phone number to the person above him/ his boss he got made and started reading the agreement to me. All I wanted to do is get my monthly payment lowered because I can't pay it. Now it can go to collections

      TERRIBLE !, Their Prices are sky high ........ BOSE 300 Soundbar for over $ 900 ,00 ? You can get these from Bose directly for 250 ! Most importantly...... If you do not buy anything from them in a few months you will get an email saying they will close your account. To keep it open you must buy something .... Extortion ? I might be interested if their products were competitive in price BUT THEY ARE just the opposite. I closed my account today after my 3rd email in 2 weeks telling me they were gonna close my account. SEE YA !

      I ordered a pair of Sketchers size 9 and a Bra. They sent me a size 6 and the wrong bra. I called customer service to return the items and cancel my account. They sent me a shipping label to return the items and I did just like I was told to do. This was in April of 2024. They say they received the shoes and not the bra. I paid the restocking fee for both items. when I called to resolve this issue they had me fill out an affidavit - and return it to their customer service. I did. Now they are telling me that I have to PROVE to them I returned the BRA. Both items were in the same package - HOW do you receive 1 item but not the other in the same package?? I did exactly as they told me to do. I explained to them- THEY sent the return label to me via email/ their shipping label. Now they are charging me for a bra I returned and paid a restocking fee for and Putting a negative hit on my credit! For something they HAVE RECEIVED and have PROOF they received from THEIR label!
      I am EXTREMELY upset with this company! THEY ARE CROOKS! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AT ALL! UNTRUSTWORTHY - UNPROFESSIONAL - LIARS- THEIVES
