      I went there June 2022 and got pictures for my mother taken. I have been going here for a few years. I expected to just pick up my photos, instead during check out (instead of before) the cashier stated I can't pick up the photos insteadno have to pay for shipping and handling. I had not received the photos so I went there July ********************************************* with a update which he never did. A few weeks later I called and left a voice mail and never received a call back. Aug is a few days away and still I don't have my pictures that I paid for. Jc Penny Photo in ************, **

      I wish I could give this company zero stars because they are unworthy of getting any credit for their special event photos. LifeTouch took photos for my 2022 high school graduation ceremony, and the link for the compilation of photos taken that night was released several weeks after the ceremony. I ordered two 5x7 laminated prints, and the delivery time on the order was just over 3 WEEKS! Disappointed with the delivery system, I opened the envelope of photos to find two extremely scratched pictures that had an uneven cut around the laminate and had no definition whatsoever. It seemed as if a camera from decades ago had taken the pictures. It is absolutely absurd that LifeTouch delivers such poor quality photos for the ridiculously high prices they charge at their checkout... dont EVER order through them. I had an iphone 13 camera take several photos of my friends and I during the ceremony and those pictures are some of the best Ive ever had, so I took them to ********* and they were printed for under a DOLLAR. Don't waste your money or time with LifeTouch!!!

      Lifetouch took photos for my 2022 high school graduation. I was not in a single photo during the ceremony, which also meant there is no existing photo of me getting my diploma. We split into 2 groups on different sides of the auditorium for the ceremony where we entered and were handed out diplomas at the same time as the other side. They favored the side to the right and only took their pictures. Excluding half of the graduating class. They also recognized everyone they made an announcement for, except me. Thank you life touch for leaving me with no memories from one of the biggest days of my life!

      The lack of organization and management is astounding for a company that has been in business this long. It is only topped by the miscommunication. My daugher's school district uses Prestige by Lifetouch exclusively for their yearbook pictures of seniors. The parent group online had relayed that there is problem after problem from No communication to lost proofs to customer service agents saying two separate things. After reading all the bad stories, I thought I would protect myself by taking a screen shot of my daughter's confirmation for her upcoming appointment in case it was needed. Sure enough 7 days from the appointment, I receive an email stating she needs to book an appointment. They lost her reservation and said there were no appointments left for the two days they are scheduled to take photos regardless of my proof that I had made the appointment once they posted the openings. If I ran a business the way they do, I would be run out of town.

      I as a mother of two daughters the ages 6 & 4 years old is very baffled and highly disgusted by this company a photographer had the audacity to think having my two daughters kiss on the mouth is professionalism ( THIS will not go unknown) .
