  Got notice my kids school pictures were soon so I ordered.....they don't even take the pictures for our school anymore.....that's 100% fraud also prices have gone up considerably whole the quality overall still *****

  Worst company for pictures ever! My son's "professional" football photos have cars in the background, the picture is so bright he looks like his white tshirt, it took over a month to get the digital download.

  Very frustrating! When ordering on-line, pictures are not getting the proper Picture Day ID as your child gets photographed and therefore orders are not connecting the order to the photos. This then requires you to contact Lifetouch. Call centers are not based in the U.S. and English is broken at best so please have your translator ready. Chat is ok but still very time consuming and if you aren't looking up your information fast enough they will hang up on you, as ******** did to me. The following note is on the order confirmation email you receive. NOTE: This conformation and your order form are not required at picture day. Just send your child with their ********************* and you're all set.

  They are now charging a $2 fuel surcharge per child for school photos. I have three kids, so I got charged $6. When you think of the number of kids getting their school photos taken, this will really add up. It seems like this is totally fradulent and excessive. They don't even take good photos so I'm not sure why schools use them over other companies that do take good photos.

  Fuel and Labor Surcharge is a obvious way to rip off customers. **************** are trying to find clever ways to squeeze more money out of customers without raising prices.I will stop buying from them.

  Lifetouch is a joke! I've been trying to find out what happened to my grandson's pre-kindergarten photos and Lifetouch charged me over $64 for a download!!!BE AWARE. THIS IS THEFT!!! Go to a local photographer and support your community!-10

  They have a terrible service, they advertise some packages that they don't even have available, and now they came up with the most stupid charge on every package that you order, a $2 "gas and labor surcharge", like if the costumers get an extra $2 at work for the same reason.I know this represents money to the schools, but they also need to do some research on the people they are making business with.

  Poor service. We paid for photos and did not recieve them. The issues involved with resolving the problem are overwhelming. They easily accepted the payment, but provided no product.This is totally unacceptable for students expecting photos that were paid for and got nothing in return. I have spent over 2 hours attempting to have the photos replaced and sent to the school with all of the purchase information provided, and still, they put the work on us to contact the school for a proof sheet. This is such poor business service. We had two separate packages that we purchased and this was the result in both package. How disappointing for the lost revenue involved and disappointed student athlete. This rating is below 1 star.

  Ordered my sons school pictures spent $587 dollars and they totally sent me the wrong pictures. I called twice went through the whole hour conversation both times and they promised to mail me a mailing label both times and received nothing. I am very dissatisfied and extremely upset with how poorly there business is. Senior pictures are very important and I wasted so much money. I couldnt even talk to anyone that spoke very good English. Find a local Photographer or take the pictures yourself this place is a scam.
