We had our home (Owatonna, MN) re-roofed after a hail storm, and gutter repairs. Jason R was who I worked with from Options Exteriors. He handled the first inspection to look to see if there was damage, and then worked with my insurance company for me, helped me pick new shingles and took care of everything throughout the project. He made everything really straightforward and easy, checking in throughout and letting me know what to expect next. I did not need to pay anything at all until I already had my insurance claim money (I wasn't sure how that worked exactly and had worried about it). He helped me navigate the insurance process and it ended up being easy. For the actual work: I love the shingles I got, the color is actually a lot nicer than our old shingles. They added additional ice barrier higher up than we had before. The crew completed our large roof in under 2 days. Of course it is a massive mess when they tear off the old roof, but they put down huge drapes / tarps everywhere to protect and contain the mess. My large gardens around the base of the house, including a couple prized ornamental trees and shrubs, were in great shape after they left. After they completed, they really did a nice job completely cleaning up nails and debris, and cleaned up all the dust from the asphalt shingles. They even send out a separate quality inspector with a magnet to search for any nails they missed or any other debris, though when I did a walk around looking visually (before taking my dog out, so I was looking closely) I didn't find a single sharp object. We love our new roof, so happy with Options!

I had a roof, siding and gutter replacement due to hail damage. Jason **** was my rep from Options Exteriors. From the first contact and throughout the entire project until its successful completion, Jason and his team provided exceptional service.
He worked directly with my insurance company, was on top of all assessments, appraisals and inspections. He ensured a constant effort on my behalf and was available throughout the repair process. My project was completed ahead of schedule, workmanship was impeccable and the final product was way above my expectations.
Jason and Options Exteriors were very fair, honest and transparent. I would highly recommend them for any repair or remolding project and will definitely utilize them if I ever need them in the future.

Jason R was very helpful in guiding me thru the process, as i had a lot of questions, and he worked very well with the adjuster from my insurance Co. The crew was very efficient and cleaned up well. My small house and garage got done in about 5 hrs. And the gutters replacement with gutter guards was done shortly thereafter. It was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend Jason R and Option Exteriors. Thank you for your service on the project.Options Exteriors

Mark R. was very helpful meeting my adjuster, he had to come out 2 times and got everything approved he told me he would. Options did roofs on my 4 structures on my property, started at 7am and was cleaned up and off my property by 4:30, they did a excellent job and cleaned up very good. I would recommend Options Exteriors to anyoneOptions Exteriors

Mark ********* did an awesome job! He fought until the end, never gave up. At first the insurance company did not wanted to buy anything because supposedly there was not enough hail damage. But Mark went "Above and Beyond" with my claim by taking some extra picture to prove that there was sufficient hail damage- the insurance company ended buying my roof and siding for my house and garage. Also, his worker were fast and clean they finished the job in a day. I am so happy and satisfied with the results. Thank you Mark for always being there until end and answer every question I had.
