We thought we had hail damage on our roof and a friend referred us to Options Exterior. Louis ***** came and inspected our roof and confirmed that we did have hail damage. He met with agents from our insurance company and showed them where the damage was. Louis provided us with brochures from the company and scheduled the work to be done. His crew came on the day he told us and removed the shingles and put on the new roof in one day. After the work was done, Louis furnished us with the warranty. I highly recommend Louis ***** and Options Exterior. I recommended them to my father and they replaced his roof too. Louis was great to work with. I can't say enough nice things about him! He was always professional as well as friendly. He always answered my calls or returned my call the same day. His crew was very efficient and they did a good job cleaning up.

first of all they delivered our new roof supplies to the house down the street not ours. Job crew was very messy. Caught them smoking pot on the break I guess. Damaged son's truck cuz we couldn't move it, he was out of town. They said no problem plenty of room. Apparently not lots of damage and debris all overReview fromKris M

My siding and roof were covered by my homeowner's insurance. Jake worked with them and made sure they received everything they needed, making the process much less distressing for myself. When someone is proactive and knowledgeable, it's a huge comfort. Jake has always been accessible, responsive, understanding and kind. And, I value him seeing things through from the beginning to the end.Options Exteriors

We Were very pleased with the service we received from Jace ******* representing Options Exteriors. Jace was always on time with his phone calls and appointments which seems to be rare these days. 5 starsWe had extensive hail damage to both he roof and siding and worked with ****** at Options Exteriors. He worked closely with ** and the Insurance adjuster to clear the claim and get the approvals. ****** arranged everything to get both the roof and siding replaced quickly and done well.
