I paid the settlement amount that an x wife ran up 12 yrs ago. The said it would be removed from my report 30-60 days, still there 6-8 months later. I called and they tried to sell me a 170$ per month service to clean up credit reports. I have nothing else on my report, if it wasn’t going to be removed, as promised, I wouldn’t have paid it!!
      Sorry not honest company!!

This is a collection agency that called me at 7:40am. From my understanding it is against the law to call outside of the hours of 8am-8pm in the state of Arizona. Furthermore, when speaking to this company, they failed to identify themselves as a debt collector. Rather, the "Supervisor" stated that they were a "Call center". It is also my understanding that debt collectors are generally required to identify themselves and provide information about the debt they are attempting to collect if requested by the consumer. Despite numerous attempts to get them to disclose the nature of their call and their work, they refused.

Was “helped” by Jessica L. I expressed that our family was struggling and had been homeless and without work due to also losing our vehicle in the same time frame, and was met with a condescending tone as she told me “well it’s been there since ____ there’s nothing I can do after it’s been in there for 45 days” however, my bill has only been in there for 42 days which gives me 3 days until she would be correct. All I was calling to do was change my payment date to avoid further destruction to my credit and she wiped her hands and said it wasn’t her problem and call back the day the bill is due. I also expressed to her that we are finally getting back on our feet and could pay in FULL on the following Monday as that is our first check at the new job, to which she replied again it’s not her problem. The bill is due on a weekend, and we don’t get paid until Monday, a week day. What could have been a quick and simple switch of a date was nothing but a joke of an employee. Customer service reps are god AWFUL and rude here. Definitely should have a 0 stars option specially made for this company.

Constant phone calls. Several times I've given them my name and they state they have the wrong person and will take me off their list. They don't, then followed by more phone calls.
This has been going on for at least a year now. This is a garbage outfit. Zero rating should be an option here.

They keep calling for no reason. Had to look what type of company it is. I’m disabled and filed for bankruptcy. I own no debt what so ever.

I have never had A T and T and they called me and tried to say I owed money. They were very rude and even asked for my social which I did not give. They better not try to report me because I don't have any debts whatsoever.

I received an email from this company stating that I owe an **** bill from 2009 for $593.93, and that I could settle the debt for $296.97. I spoke with a lady by the name of ******* and she was talking fast, she wanted to collect the money now. I mentioned to her I would call her back once I found my copy of my bill, she was surprised I had copies of bills dated back that far back. Then I called the company back and asked for ******* and a man said he was *******, he wanted to go over the whole script about collecting a debt, I told he to email a copy of the bill. I never told them that I found the copy of the bill they think is in question. The bill has been paid in full. This information is not on my credit report and I've had service with **** since 2009. Consumers need to be smart when dealing with this company don't be so quick to pay just because it's a so-called collection agency.

Radius Globe Solutions sent me a collection bill regarding a AT&T cell bill which I was NEVER contacted by AT&T to pay. Now I am getting constant letters for payment. I have sent them the law from Ohio that states they have 7years to collect , and now after 11 years they are trying to collect. My response to them is " WHERE HAVE YOU BE FOR 11YEARS "

I started getting random calls from this "debt collector" a few months back. I never answered cause I don't answer numbers I'm unfamiliar with and I certainly will not respond if a voicemail isn't left, of course they have not left a voicemail in their 100's of calls.
So today I got an email saying I owed a debt with AT&T from 15 years ago. First of all, it's not on my credit report, second of all, I do not owe AT&T anything, third; even if I did, it's 15 years old and is well outside statute of limitations for the state I lived in at the time. This "company" is purely a scam.
