      I was unable to pay my debt through the online portal because it required me to enter my date of birth to log in. When I called they said they didnt have my date of birth in the system and could not enter because their system is flawed. I had to give them my credit card over the phone which is poor business practice, especially for a debt collection agency. Please fix your system so that people can use your online payment portal.

      As with the other reviews on here, I have been getting texts from this company to call them and no reason, just a reference number. So with all the scams out there I googled the company name and found it listed as a collection agency. So I called to see what debt they are reaching out for because I have everything taken care of. The rep tells me it is for a debt from almost 20 years ago from a cell company. I don't even remember having that company back then besides it being so long ago and I have never been contacted until now. I think this is a scam and thinking about reporting them to the BBB.

      I have gotten multiple text messages within the day from this company and called to figure out what unknown debt they are collecting. First I pulled up my credit report which listed ZERO collections, then I called and they asked me to call a different number, then I was transferred twice, clearly outsourced agents, and then their agent pulled up my account and told me a straight up false report of debt with a company I did not do business with in the years listed. He said I could just pay it over the phone and asked me for the last digits of my SSN to confirm the debt. None of this seemed legit, please help put this fraudulent company out of business.

      This company is a scrap collection company and tries to collect minimal debt from 10 years or older. They don't even deserve 1 star. They should be taken to court. I suspect they are a scam company.

      Radius Global Solutions LLC attempted to contact me in regards to a debt from 12/17/2013. The statute of limitations in the ************** clearly states that this harassment of them contacting me and sending me letters in mine and my families mail is a form of zombie debt meaning that I have not made any payments on the debt within the first 4 years. It has now been 9 years since the debt was verified. I do not want any more harassing letters or else I will be forced to use legal counsel as a defensive option to this harassment.

      This company called me and started asking me to verify my personal information. When I asked who they were they would not tell me who they were, the purpose of the call, or that they were a debt collector. They refused to tell me a single thing without me first verifying my information, which I'm not going to do when I have no idea who you are, why you are calling, what your company does, etc. You're giving me zero information and expecting me to hand you my identity. Everyone I spoke with in the company was extremely rude, I tried calling back to ask what this company was and what they do and still got no answers.

      Their customer service is horrible and mean. They are going after me for a debt that is 13 years old. They were mean, rude, pushy, and scary. It is all just a way to get you scared into paying them. They didn't give me a chance to talk. All they wanted from me was money I don't have. They didn't care that I wasn't making enough to even pay my bills. Evil company.

      I currently tried something for a at-home customer job. Took the drug test then a few days later got several emails concerning they needed verification from my high school that I graduated from in ****. Then later this evening I get another email concerning that I need documentation for how long I worked at a gym which was specifically specified from 2015-2021. I emailed both of the guys that represented getting me board for the company concerning how long it would take got no response back from them so I decided to email back that I was no longer interested in working for there company due to bad communication.

      This company does not have the nicest employees. And need to train them a little more. I get they’re not a customer service business but they need to do better if they’re going to work with the public. I was contacted by them today saying they bought a debt of mine or however they phrased it. This review isn’t me denying the debt as I acknowledge I do have one and that it is mine. But is purely a review of their employees. The gentleman who called me was talking about setting up a payment plan and I was trying to explain to him the type of payment plan I wanted to do and the one that works best for me. He at first would not let me set up a bi-weekly plan and said they don’t do that kind of plan and I could only do a once a month plan. It got to the point where I had to talk to a supervisor who was a lot nicer then the first guy told me we could do a biweekly plan no problem and helped me to set that up. She was really nice but the first guy had no idea what they were talking about. The company needs to make sure their employees are all on the same page.
