      Wish there was a zero rating.
      I have been a member of Spire for over 10 years. Ever since they switched to Blaze I have had constant problems with logging in online. All of my settings and contact info is correct, yet when they ask to verify my account with a phone call with the verification number, I NEVER receive a call.
      When I contact them via their contact us page, I dont get a reply. When I call, I end up on hold for so long I finally have to just hang up. I live in the north woods of MN. There is not a branch that I can drive to in under 2 hours. The online help page is useless. Only stating that my phone company or internet is the problem. IT IS BLAZE's PROBLEM. I shouldnt have to spend so many hours and stress just trying to see my accounts and money.
      I recommended Spire for years. NO MORE. :( Do not put your money here.

      They sent out a letter to everyone with our names, routing AND account numbers on them. SO if you never received that, just know that Blaze sent your personal banking information in the mail and someone maybe intercepted it.
      This merger destroyed something that worked so well. Disgusted with this place and leaving asap.

      Don't make a mistake... They will treat you like a red-headed step child. Customer service will throw you in an endless hold loop while you're spinning your wheels and going no where.
      Blaze Credit Union had destroyed Hiway! Worst Credit Union. Will not recommend them. I'm gonna take out another loan to pay this crappy bank off of what I owe and join CashApp, Dave our chime. Have had far better experiences with them than Blaze

      Miss the highway credit union .this credit union sucks. Left phone number for someone to call back . Hours later .still no call !!!! Had to go there last time !!!!

      Merger was no good...Bill Pay is not reliable..Lost my Auto Payment and now a credit card payment is lost as well a week later..Hard to connect with anybody who knows what to do..Local Office has nobody able to help long wait times for corporate office when calling..

      The merger was the worst thing Spire could have ever done. Blaze is awful. The app is garbage. The accounts often show a zero balance. The customer service is awful as a whole now. We left Hiway for a reason, and now after being happy with Spire for years, we are extremely frustrated with Blaze.

      Ever since the upgrade to the new blaze system, systems have been horrible. Lost my abilty to use the phone app, support has been very horrible, been with these people since 1996 since twin city credit union. CEO of SPIRE Dan ***** should be very ashamed about this merger and upgrade.
      Walked into my local branch maybe to get some answers with my problems since support said they would call me back and never did, It was very busy with people inside complaining about their problems, Poor tellers get the brundt of it all. I just walked out. Dan ***** should of gottin another 3rd party company to do their merger software. Reminds of the Airlines Dibaco with the
      CrowdStrike company few months back. Time to use other banking systems and close my account. So sad. Horrible service response.

      Customer service is essentially non existant after merger. I had autopay on my credit card set up in the legacy spire system which over multiple communication methods, should have stayed. When logging into the blaze system the first time, there were no scheduled transfers and autopay was turned off. I called to insure my credit card would be paid on 10/14. I got a call several days layer that it would. Come 10/14 I get double charged for my bill which overdrafted my account. I call request a callback and I still have not heard from them 5 days later. I had to use the chat feature where the agent tells me I have autopay set up in two places somehow. I try to log in to turn one off and I can't access card management. Can't wait to overdraft again with my mortgage payment at the end of the month. Absolute abysmal merger.

      I was reached out to and aforementioned issue was resolved. However, I continue to have issues with digital banking. I got an account statement available email but when I log on, it's not available; I have no way to see what my bill will be next month. I then have 13 $0 charges shown on my credit card from the internal system. The manage cards section does not match what is showing on the blaze website as far as posted, pending, and the $0 charges. When reaching customer service on this issue, they had no idea what is happening. After being a legacy spire member for over a dozen years, I have minimal confidence in digital banking at Blaze, which is something I use very frequently. I will be leaving this credit union to one more capable if these issues persist into November.

      Ever since it has turned in to blaze its almost impossible to talk to a service rep. This is a total shit show, 3 days of being on hold for over 30 minutes each. When it was Spire i would be talking with an actual person within 5 minutes. Will definitely be closing my account and finding a new bank.

      No mobile banking for 2 weeks now. Stay with your big bank, this is ridiculous.
