      I really liked Spire, but as soon as they finished the merger into Blaze, all hell broke loose. For some reason, my MOM can now see ALL of my transactions on my credit card. Exactly what I buy and where. It is a massive invasion of privacy and I cannot contact ANYONE to help fix it. I waited in a phone queue for about 20 minutes and when I finally got in, the representative told me she would transfer me to someone who could help but then instead hung up on me. Meanwhile I've been waiting in their online chatroom queue for over an hour and I'm still 9th in line. I wish we could go back to Spire! But since that is not happening, I might just switch back over to Royal Credit Union, assuming they are not going to be sharing my personal transactions with my family without warning!!!!!!!!

      Attempted account access login/pw. 65 minutes on hold. Finally hung up. Chat was 55 minutes and was 27 in queue to start. Chat rep could not help. Never an issue when Hiway was the CU.
      Will likely close this account.
      I used to like F series Ford trucks.

      Support is worthless. All they say is from a script. Some reason they locked my card and account on a Friday. So I have no access to money. Support gave me a number but they are only open mon-fri 830 to 4. People that have full time jobs are not able to call and have time to explain the problem during work. So I'm stuck!!! ******** Support. And it's across seas!

      Haven't been able to log into my account for over a week. Customer service isn't saying anything other than they are working on it and have no ETA on when things will be rite. I'm seriously considering finding a different bank

      Blaze has horrible customer service. The WORST I have ever experienced in my life and would NEVER recommend this credit union to anyone ever. I had $196.50 vanish during the merge as I transferred money from Venmo to my debt card. Every other single transaction posted but this. I’ve spent nearly 4 hours in the last 3 days trying to figure out where my money went and both card member services and Venmo have confirmed the transaction went through yet the money is nowhere to be found. In addition to spending hours mainly on hold, I’ve sent two messages now with no response. 1/3 messages were responded to and I was told the money would be on my account by today. Of course, nothing. I am so infuriated I honestly cannot believe how poor the service is and I second the comment about the wait even for the online chat. There were 51 people ahead of me when I joined. Wings financial is WAY better! Would never recommend Blaze ever, ever, ever - cannot stress that enough.

      Not happy with Blaze. Difficult to deal with. Going to change banks. Done with this hot mess.
      An amount that was discharged in my bankruptcy in 2011 - now Oct 2024 they want the $1085. What?!?!
      Done with the SPIRE, HIWAY, BLAZE circus....not my clowns.

      Blaze rep has reached out to me. Attempting to resolve this discrepancy. Hoping to move forward from this in a positive direction. Hoping to mend this relationship with Blaze. As I have not worked years to improve my credit rating for nothing. Went ahead and got a car loan threw a credit union I am not a member of. Thank you Blaze for nothing. But, this matter still needs resolution. I will keep BBB abreast of the situation.

      We had an auto loan through Spire. We finished paying off the loan after the transition from Spire to Blaze. I was told I could leave the Blaze account open with a minimum balance. I was not informed that there would be fees on this account. I decided i wanted to cancel the account because we bank through another MN local bank(EntreBank). I called to close my account and i was placed on hold. There were 49 other callers before me. I get being on hold for 5 to 10 callers ahead of me, but 49? that is very poor customer service. I would not choose to bank with Blaze in the future. When I call EntreBank, I get a live person immediately.

      The worst customer service and the absolute worst experience i have had with a loan company. Just because spire changed there name does not blaze is any better.
