    I received a recall and "Do Not Ride" notice from Polaris on September 9, 2022 for a RZR Turbo S that I purchased on April 25, 2022. VIN *****************.This machine has been under the "Do Not Ride" advisory for 8 of the 12 months that I have owned it.The machine is still waiting to be fixed because Polaris is not able to get parts to their dealers.Three emails sent to Polaris about this have gone unanswered. A fourth has been sent.

    Bought a used 2018 rzr xp **** from a dealership in june 2021 bought the polaris extended warranty. Recently the engine lost a rod bearing after producing all the receipts of oil changes they are still attempting to weasel out of honoring the warranty the dealership I've taking the machine to has been dealing with them for the last three weeks. Shouldn't have to be jumping through hoops in order to get a service I've paid handsomely for to be honored

    I am sorry to hear about the issues that you are having with your vehicle. Our warranty covers against manufacturing defects. If our dealers do not provide our technical support team with a defect, no coverage is typically offered. The dealer can ask our technical team for "Goodwill" coverage if there is not defect that has been presented to us. The dealership will continue to work with our technical team for any possible coverage. Once there is a update the dealer will notify you accordingly.

    safety issue orderd in fall of 2022 Polaris informed me to stop using atv purchased. No further support or repair assitance until April 18,2023.Polairs failed to offer support for over 6 months which left the vehicle useless during the winter months when it was needed I would loss of use and costs incurred duing this period totalling $1700

    Polaris has issued a fix for recall A****** and would advise connecting with an authorized Polaris dealership to complete the bulletin. At this time Polaris is not offering any compensation due to this, since a fix was released relatively quickly. We cannot apologize enough for the inconvenience that this has caused, but a fix has been issued for quite some time now and can be completed at any authorized Polaris dealership.

    The claim that a fix was provided quickly is inaccurate since I was advised of the fact the vehicle was unsafe in December 2022 and was not provided a solution until April 17,2023. Essentially forced not use vehicle for 5 months

    I purchased the 2019 Polaris new from a dealership in ******** *****. Ive had to replace the throttle assembly twice and now probably again for the third time because the check engine light is on again. This is starting to be a yearly thing after parking and storing it for the winter. The *** ONLY has 221 miles, I do not do anything extreme unless you consider riding on mountain roads. It appears the throttle assemblies must be defective and of poor quality. **************** in ******* ****** was the dealership that made both repairs and has done the oil changes/inspections. Your dealer can submit over a "goodwill" claim to be reviewed for possible coverage, but the machine no longer has warranty coverage so cannot make any guarantees any coverage can be applied.      I am rejecting this response because: the polaris parts are defective. I would like an explanation on why the part keeps failing. The response proves polaris doesn't stand behind their products or parts.  Polaris ATVs appear to be lemons

    I bought a new 2023 Polaris Ranger XP **** premium. I had the dealer add accessories to it so I could use it on the road. (Street legal). Blinkers, lights etc... When I picked it up the seat belts were too short to go around a 250 lb. person. I called Polaris about the issue and they said there was nothing they could do about it to buy an aftermarket seat belt extender. I looked and no one makes an aftermarket seatbelt adapter for it. The seat belt is made by ******* and they said they don't recommend a seat belt extension with any of their belts. I told Polaris this and they said that's too bad, we don't have any way of fixing it. We don't provide a seatbelt extension for that vehicle. I asked him if there is any other way I could fix it and they said no Polaris doesn't do that. I talked to ****** from ******, ********* customer service the number is ************** *********************************** ***** www.polaris.com So now I have a brand new vehicle sitting in my garage with 9.2 miles on it that I cannot legally operate because it doesn't have a seat belt that I can fasten. Polaris said that isn't their problem you need to get a third party to fix it with aftermarket parts. I asked them who they could recommend and they said they wouldn't have any idea. I would think this would present itself as a safety concern and possibly the national transportation safety board might be interested in Polaris' response to me also. I have hit a brick wall trying to deal with this company and any assistance you could provide me with would be greatly appreciated. Thank You : *************************

    I have contacted my Polaris dealer today ********************* of Northern Sports and Equipment *********************. #**************  ***** said there is no fix at this time available but he will look into it.  He said he will contact Polaris and see what Polaris will give him the authorization to do and the permission to bill them for.  I am  willing to work with ***** but Polaris headquarters is very shady to deal with.

    The dealership is supposedly working with Polaris **** on a solution.  At this point I have not been asked to bring the side x side in for repair and there hasn't been a fix approved by Polaris **** as of yet.  *************************

    I just bought a new 2022 Polaris 850 switchback Assault this year. I was able to put about 200 miles on it then it died. Now it has been sitting for MONTHS because of a simple fuel pump. Polaris will not give an update on when the dealer might see the pump. I am so disappointed in Polaris. I spend 20k on a snowmobile and it sits during the snowiest year Ive ever had in my lifetime. I will never buy another Polaris product again and advise my friends and family as well.

    Polaris *** has major issues how they talk and handle consumer complaint I ordered a Polaris back in December 2022 was told would take several months to build I was fine with that so they have A owner web site when you order you can track the progress my machine was shown built and to be shipped on 2/17/23 so I waited on my local dealer to call several days went by so I checked the site again the date was changed then to 3/24/23 with no explanation so I contacted Polaris one excuse after another like always so I reached out again 3/9/23 just checking to see if it was getting shipped or not I was basically told just be happy you are getting a machine before 7 months very very rude so my question is how can you ship in a 60 mile radius around me the same machine not pre-sold to other dealers and not ship mine that is built and had money put down since last year and charge me freight and be very rude when consumers call and ask for a legitimate reason not some non existing excuse I believe Polaris has A decent product but really lack in consumer value thanks

    I have talked to your team do not get any kind off response except rude and no answer why shopped date keeps changing everything about your answer I have already done thats the problem you are not listening to the consumer and giving proper reason why I have been checking the portal before responding to complaint maybe you need to check the situation out then you would understand my complaint again Polaris has a decent product but no consumer support.

    Polaris issued a recall on my side by side and also issued a stop ride order, meaning I can't use the machine. It was under recall for 6 months before the parts were available to fix it. I paid for 30 months of factory extended warranty. The machine sat idle for 6 months because of their recall and now they won't refund any of the cost of the additional factory warranty or extend my current plan out 6 months further. They told me on the phone "Polaris isn't doing anything in good will for compensation on their warranty"....they basically took my money and told me to deal with it.

    My issues are the immediate stop ride on my polaris ranger. I have contacted them multiple times trying to get some kind of compensation for the months of the stop ride. The bank still collects their money every month. Polaris says they care about safety. They only thing they care about not being sued and do not care about their customers at all! At the least they should give you a free oil change or something. I was finally contacted, took my ranger to the dealer and they said my fuel pump was fine after they looked at it for 5 minutes! It took 3 months to for me to get a simple answer like that. Not to mention an hour drive to the dealership just to get a ******** answer. Polaris should make this right with their customers!

    When I first purchased my **** Rzr turbo S4 in 2021 I was immediately put on a stop sale/stop ride recall and couldnt use my machine immediately after purchase for a few months. Now the same unit has been placed on a stop sale/stop ride recall s***e September 2022. 6 months!! Not ***luding the prior two month stop ride! At this point this unit is a lemon. It has cost my family tons of usage and ruined many camping trumps with family and friends. These units should have either been repaired already, or bought back by manufacturers for defect. I have advised anyone I have spoken to about Polaris Rzr/ Polaris ***/ Polaris orv, to never do buisness or purchase anything under the Polaris *** brand. No customer assistance has been offered. ********************** just keeps taking customers payments, and leaving us high and dry. Never again, Ive learned my ****** with Polaris

    Lack of communication through the past 6-7 months. Zero customer care or assistance getting us back in our 35-40,000$ machines. Polaris *** continues to accept our monthly payments, but offers zero to help us over 1/2 a year not ***luding the first stop ride. I will be contacting the attorney general, and every resource I can. To make sure this doesnt continue to happen to customers. Im at the point to where I should put a very large sign on this unit, and park it on a trailer at my dealer stating that Polaris sells known lemons. I will be posting and responding to every social media page of Polaris, Polaris Rzr, and Polaris orv, informing customers of my terrible experience. Across the Polaris brand, there are thousands and thousands of units on stop ride recalls. You cant continue to treat paying customers this way. I do not accept your response, respectfully. A hard working paying customer
