Let me tell you the first experience with customer service stinks! ??. I call ********************** to see if I can send my radio in because it seems to not receives the radio waves correctly it has a lot of static in and out I've also installed their external antenna it did not help. ***** said I had to take my Northstar to a dealership when I can just handle the radio to see what's up with it they said I have to take the machine in for just the radio so it could be months before I get the machine back any dealership is not close to my house as well, so then so then it will set for a little while and I won't be able to use it in the warranty will expire, it seems that they always have a plan to get out of doing the work to the equipment.

Polaris ranger crew cab NorthStar ultimate doors leaked bearings or gears grinding crank shaft leaked and they fixed it ??? Now it leaked so bad smoke filled cab. Frame welded with a concave weld so the gaskets on door do not seal. Command center has very poor reception and was not updated before it was sent out. Air conditioning does not cool unless it is 72 to 74 degrees. It is not going to cool if it gets to 80 or 90 degrees. It took 3 months to get parts for ************. It is in shop now. If it takes another 3 months to get parts again I will go for the rest of summer without my Ranger. purchase date February. first crank shaft leak 3-31-23 second leak three weeks after repaired. VERY POOR PRODUCTION CONTROL

I bought a 2022 polaris rzr xp 4 **** with the 5 year warranty I do alot of road riding it has **** mile on it and have it serviced on time. I was going down the road and the clutch Exploded I took it in to my dealer. They tore it down Sent in pictures, just had a new belt. Put on it 80 miles before this happened. And they told me they turned down the claim. Because the clutch had water spots on it. This is the third player that I have bought and never had a issue with their service. But I will never buy another one again. And I do not recommend buying a warranty. If they're not going to take care of the stuff, it happens to it. I guess when you buy these machines. You are supposed to keep them in the garage. So they don't get wet from the rain and everything like that.

************ purchased a 2021 Ranger XP NorthStar and it kept overheating and it was brand new, tried various methods to correct and after the first 6 months I decided to find the problem myself as the dealers couldnt fix. I jacked it up and removed the skid plate and I found a coolant hose that was missing a hose clamp and was never connected which caused the loss of a lot of Polaris coolant. They have by far the worst quality control of any company I have dealt with. Then I decided to try again and purchased a 2023 Ranger XP NorthStar which I have had for 2 months and left it outside over night and it rained, when I opened the door that morning I found the cab and seats were covered with rain water, after spending ******. + on this item and realizing they have a 2 piece roof which is not a sealed system. I have to say the quality is is graceful.I would suggest to others think twice before you spend that kind of money.

I bought a new 2022 Polaris General XP **** 4 seater and I ate up my 6 month warranty because of a noice in the front end and at which time it sat at the dealer for 2 months for the parts than I got a recall on it for a bad steering wheel so I could not drive it for almost 5 months until the new one came in and was replaced. Now I have just under a **** miles and the radio stop working on the ride command and it sounds like the amplifier is bad. The dealer today told me that they are see a lot of these going bad. No warranty left and now I have to stick money in it to fix the amplifier. I paid $33,000 for this machine and I am find out it was a waste of money. Polaris is getting more and more for these machines and build them cheap with more problems than ever before.

July 2021, I bought a new Polaris Razor xp1000 Turbo. 3 months after (October), there was a " stop ride" recall, for overload to the steering wheel, from manufacturer to dealer. It was a little over 3 months before the recall was dealt with and I was able to drive my machine again. I had the luxury of driving my machine from March to October and received another, "stop ride" recall. This time for the clutch. This recall laid up my machine from October to May. I called Polaris to complain, I had purchased extended warranty, costing me $3500. I asked for them to at least extend my warranty for the time I've lost with my machine being in "stop ride recalls. The day I picked up the machine from Rallye Motflex, in Halifax, the old Freedom Cycle, they said, its was up to Polaris if they would do anything for me. I called Polaris as soon as I got home to see if anything had been decided yet. This is what I was told. They would not extend my warranty because I purchased extended warranty, LMAO!! My reply was, right!! I PAID!! for extended warranty which is being wasted on these recalls. I was also told that if the Razor team was going do something for me, I probably would have heard by now. I asked if I could speak with the Razor team but was declined. I loaded my machine on my trailer and headed to Can-am. I am now in the process of trading my machine. The machine, I loved! but refuse to represent a company by driving their brand when they are not willing to make this right. Over 9 months in total my machine was in, "Stop Ride", I have not owned the machine for even 2 years yet. I am taking lose on my machine trading it in but I am too furious with Polaris to own one. If Can-am ends up being the same, then I can say, my new passion for sxsing was short lived and I will drive a tricycle!!

Bought a new 2023 ************ At the time could not afford the doors. Later purchased the front doors for this unit. The hinges are not correct even though the web site says it does fit. When I contacted Polaris this is their response: "Thank you for contacting Polaris Inc.I was able to take a look into your inquiry and here is what I was able to find. For Ranger *********** both the front and rear doors are required for installation. The door hinges that come with the front doors are used to mount the rear doors and the hinges that come with the rear doors are used to mount the front.Representative PG&A Customer Connections"
