    Excellent nice service people. They do a great job of servicing and repairing our furnace and are always on time. Will answer all questions in an understandable explanation.

    Great company! They really go above and beyond. When they installed our new furnace, they even cleaned up all the old PVC drainage stuff next to the furnace which I very much appreciated.

    I have dealt with several different techs over the years- every one of them have been professional, polite and just plain nice. We have two properties and have had new furnaces and a/cs installed in both by Comfort Matters. Very satisfied!

    They gave me all of the repair options with costs quickly.They were able to get the parts and replace them same day on my rare air handler. They also were able to offer a universal fit motor which costed less that OEM - perfect for getting some more life out of my system.They did a comprehensive check of my AC system with a detailed list of suggested repairs.A lot of times HVAC companies will try to convince you to replace the whole system for thousands of dollars. I liked it when these folks were honest with me and sought to get it fixed quick.

    **** and ******* installed my new AC. They showed up on time and it went well, and I am very satisfied. Comfort Matters technicians always wear paper booties in the house and clean up all debris. Very courteous also!

    ***************** showed up as scheduled, and they were personable, polite, and professional. They installed our new furnace and A/C without any complication, and took less time than I anticipated. They walked me through the new setup, answered all my questions, and left the place spotless and with no collateral damage. We are very pleased with the service, and with our new system. We will continue to use Comfort Matters for regular maintenance, and can't say enough good things about every interaction we have had with all of their staff.
