USBank App electronic payment feature fails and the bank then makes false accusations and threatens actions against the customer. The bank has virtually no avenue to speak with anyone in authority to resolve issues. I highly recommend avoiding all business with this third rate hack of a banking institution.

Their customer service and protection of your money is horrible. I plan to switch banks. Everything was fine until we had to deal with fraud on our account!

Business Owners DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH US BANK they will close your account without notification due to online banking they won't mail you any letters or email, as they did with me, clients are dropping commissions into my business account and all the idiots can say was nothing agreeing that another bank should be best after 7 years of banking with 3 separate accounts. Next will be legal advice to raise a case against this bank.

Beware!!!! US Bank does not assist their customers in instances of fraud and scams that affect your accounts with them. You can file a dispute, but they will ultimately deny assistance or remedy. In fact, I was told the dispute was taken only because they're required to do so. It was obvious they had no intention of helping recover stolen funds from my account, despite being a customer of US Bank for well over 20 years. I no longer trust them with my money and will be closing my accounts.

I be been banking with US Bank for over 10 years. They are the worst bank ever. I was involved in a bike accident and waiting on a short term disability insurance check. I asked them for a simple loan and was denied. I tried to explain my situation and they refused to look at me like a human being. All US Bank sees people as is an account number and not the human being that I am. Do not bank with them if you want to be treated like a human.

I’ve banked with U.S. Bank for several years, but after repeated issues I feel compelled to warn others.
      Excessive holds on cashier’s checks:
U.S. Bank routinely places 10-day (or longer) holds on my cashier’s-check deposits—even though the funds clear the Federal Reserve in roughly 48 hours. This isn’t an occasional glitch; it happens several times every month, needlessly tying up thousands of dollars and disrupting my cash flow.
      Unreasonable debit-card spending cap:
Despite depositing over $300,000 per year and maintaining healthy balances, my standard debit-card purchase limit has been stuck at $1,500/day. I’ve repeatedly requested a modest increase to $5,000, but the answer is always “no.” It’s my money, yet U.S. Bank treats me like a credit-risk stranger.
Ineffective customer service & no clear escalation path:
Front-line reps are polite but rarely resolve anything—they shuffle me between departments or promise callbacks that never happen. When I ask for a supervisor, I’m told “no manager is available.” After dozens of calls, it feels as though there’s no real management structure or it’s outsourced beyond reach.
Bottom line: U.S. Bank consistently withholds legitimately cleared funds, imposes arbitrary limits that hinder basic spending, and fails to provide meaningful customer support. If you value timely access to your money and responsive service, consider banking elsewhere.

I have banked with us bank for many years and have never been so disrespected by the customer service rep . I called because all my cards kept declining and wanted to know why?? Tenisha was horrible and couldn’t help me and hung up on me telling me it was my problem not there’s. I just want to know when I have money why I can not use my card ??? But I get told it’s my problem and hung up on!

This review is for Elan Financial Services, which manages Fidelity credit cards. It is nearly impossible to reach a human being when calling their purported card member services number. Even if you manage to get through, they simply tell you to perform any needed actions on their website. I finally called Fidelity customer service directly (who are easy to reach) and complained about Elan's lack of customer service. The Fidelity rewards card is outstanding, but Fidelity sorely needs another company to manage their named credit cards.

Honestly wanted to leave a bad review for usbank because of the theft of service fees from my account. But there are already so many bad reviews on here why would anyone bank there. If you decide to and one day you notice fees keep eating up your money and then they lock you out of your account so you can't use it until you go to the local branch to get the to unlock your account.

I would love to give a zero if I could! Please stay clear away from US BANK. They tried charging me $2,100 for a sticker on my window at the end of lease!! They will rake you over and not care. I will be filing a complaint with FDIC. This should not happen to anyone!
