      On February 4th 2023 I went to? Hair master's and had the stylist ******. i showed her a pic of what i wanted. She told me it was only going to take 3 hours; it lasts for 5 and half hours. The color was not what i wanted. my hair had blotches and lines thru out of hair. she said to come back and she will redue my hair.. i again showed her i wanted just like the pic. she then informed me it was only a 45 mins job.. Before she started on me she cut a woman's hair.. then stated on mine after she had a cig and drank her coffee. she then put brown hair color in my hair and started cutting a mans hair.. so i had product in my hair for about a hour.. it wasnt a 45 min job .. i got out of there at 520pm my appt for both days started at 12pm. the end result was still not looking like the picture, instead it had more blonde than *****.. i then contacted a district manager, ********* and she was sooo rude to me.. Telling me i dont know what i wanted, she wasn't refunding my money, and she would have the her manager call me and never did she was very very disrespectful to me and it was so uncalled for.. she told me to never text her again.. i then waited a few days and i got no call back. i reached out to another manger and **** called me cussing at me and telling me ill give you full refund just to shut you up.. and she was cussing at me.. again sooo disrespectful. i go to the clinic and she only refunded me 170 when i was charged 200. she said your lucky you got this.. you have product in your hair that last for 30 days .. she was rude to my friend too. putting her hand in her face.. and telling her to stay out of this...

      Woman in a hurry in Manahawkin salon on Tuesday the 31st. She was abusive gave me bad haircut tried to close the salon at 6:10 to go out with her boyfriend who was waiting in the lobby. I want my money back for this haircut she forced me to pay and then demanded a tip my hair is uneven and a mess and I cannot have this working for the military. I have never been to this Salon before and I will never go again. The woman was rude condescending

      Extremely bad haircut walked in 6:15 p.m. Tuesday the 31st. Woman was irate said she was leaving early could not take me. Normally they close at 7:00. She had a boyfriend in the store she was very anxious to get out she made a mess of my hair with no apologies. Charge me. Complained when I wouldn't leave a tip. Laughed at me when I told her I was going to call corporate. This is Supercuts. I want my money back this was inappropriate unethical and unprofessional.

      I need to speak to someone about my experience at Smart Styles hair salon on Friday September 30th 2022. I visited a new location due to having to run a few errands. My hair had not been done since February due to my chaotic work schedule. I went to the salon and explained I wanted to go back to my natural hair color which is a dirty blonde. Due to work, and starting nursing school soon, I wanted my natural color so it wouldn't be so much upkeep in the upcoming months. I did choose to get highlights to break up the color. I couldn't see what was being done to my hair until she washed the color out. I instantly noticed how dark my hair looked, but wished for the best since it was wet. When my hair was dried and she turned me around I wanted to cry. She dyed my hair darker than a chestnut brown. My hair looks terrible. All I wanted to do was to get out of that salon as soon as possible. I absolutely despise my hair. The reason I got it done is due to my birthday being October 8th. My roots were super long, and she had so much to go off of. I'm not sure how she made such a large color mistake. The woman was extremely nice and I felt bad about complaining. I also have a lot of anxiety and hate confrontation. Having the hair I have now for the past few days, I was hoping I could grow to love it... but for ****** it makes me sick to know I paid that much for a color that's entirely wrong. This is going to cost me so much money to fix, money I don't have right now to correct an issue someone else made. Also the fact that my hair will be fried by the time this dark color is lifted scares me the most. I have the ugliest hair color on the planet thanks to your salon. I should have went to the smart styles I usually go to. This would have never happened.

      My wife went to the business and she had her hair trimmed. 2 employees confirmed that her perm was out. They said that she should talk with the manager. My wife returned the next day to talk with the manager. The manager said she needed a trim and my wife told her that she had a trim the day before. The manager said that she had checked their records and that my wife did nothing but complained and said she didn't want her as a customer and she was a b**** My wife exited the business and came to the car where I was waiting. The manager again called my wife a b**** I told her that she should not swear to her. My wife has frequented this business many times because the employees were always nice. My wife is over 70 and this is a disappointment for her.

      Hello, on July 18, 2022 I went for the first time to the Smart Style Salon in question, inside ******* to do a hair relaxation. I have never been treated so poorly by Ms. ******** I arrived and she told me to sit in the first chair the first time, and she said over and over that I don't need any relaxation. She put a product in my hair and within 20 seconds she told me to wash it. Yes, 20 secodns. After washing my hair she said: You done here. Didn't dry my hair or comb it. Relaxation had absolutely no effect. I am very sad about the situation, because the one who recommended me was a former employee. I'm a man, and I have short hair. I would like a solution to my problem or a refund.

      Hello, on July 18, 2022 I went for the first time to the Regis SmartStyle Salon in question, inside ******* to do a hair relaxation.
