      The bed itself is great but the website to earn points is terrible! Also, the accessories like a mattress protector is outrageous in price, unless you can earn the points. That's why I'm only giving it 3 stars. Sleep number NEEDS to fix their website and get all of the bugs out! Fix it and i will give it a better rating.

      I absolutely am in LOVE with my mattress and adjustable bed frame! I suffer from tremendous back pain while awaiting my surgery and the adjustable cushion and ability to raise or lower the head makes my life so much better. It is a very cool to the touch to sleep on. Mix it up with some Sleep Number sheets and pillows and you're set! Thanks, Sleep Number!

      We needed to replace a much older sleep number mattress. The salesperson listened carefully to our needs, asked our budget and didn't insist on trying to upsell us. Did give us opinions and opportunities for additional items, but never pushed us to buy more. Installers were polite, professional and very helpful. Our salesperson followed up a few weeks later to make sure everything was going well.

      My husband and I purchased a duel temp system for our $12,000 sleep number bed.
      Shortly after that we were seeing poor air flow …The problem is with the air flow which has slowly diminished due to a manufacturing defect of having NO FILTER to clean. After reaching out to the CEO
      *************************** she offered us a resolution of purchasing a new layer at the cost of $1,000.
      Which we immediately turned down.
      Might I add my husband and I are still making payments for this defective product.
      Please help with a resolution to this matter

      Store associates friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Bed delivery on time; delivery personnel spoke little English, prompting callback to store for complete directions.
