      terrible customer service, they brought the wrong base. Sold us a queen split flex fit base, delivered a one piece flex fit. I told the delivery guy it wasn't what we purchased. We called the 800 # and they said to upgrade to a king for this option!!!! If we wanted a king we would have purchased a king. I tried to get them to just take this flex fit piece of crap back and bring us a standard base and refund the difference. They tried to tell me once delivered its final...it wasn't the right base and he was standing in my house still. All they wanted to do was up sale to a king. They pulled a fast one on us that us an extra $1500, I'm sure the salesman got a good commission for cheating us. Long story short...do not buy from this company. They do business by cheating their customers! I will tell everyone I know, run across or who will listen about how this company cheats their customers.

      Kind, compassionate and knowledgeable staff. Excellent beds. I had been sleeping in my recliner for months finally saved enough. The salesman worked within my budget

      First let me clarify, the beds and bedding are 5 star. However my experience with Sleep Number’s referral bonus was VERY disappointing. The salesman made a mistake and sent the $150 credit to the wrong person. I called customer service several times and even visited several stores to try to get someone to correct this issue. All I ever got was “I’m sorry “. Seriously?!? A huge company like Sleep Number can’t do better than that?

      the sales person are amazing people. they take their time with you and prioritize you. I went in with a low budget and they didn't push me to get something I couldn't afford they stayed within my budget

      I was quite pleased with Sleep Number. The salespeople were honest and not pushy or overwhelming, and the pricing was competitive for a high-end mattress.
