      Sleep number is the best bed we’ve ever owned. We call it our spaceship bed. Love the technology that has helped us to sleep better over all.

      Sales associate was knowledgeable and friendly. When he wasn’t sure about a process he reached out (via phone) to his boss. His boss was very patient and walked him through the process until resolved. Mattress is great!

      I had a sleep number bed about 30 years ago before all the hype it was great! I had it for 27 years. I moved and purchased another the split king p6 with head raising and headboard accessories for $7,957.58!!!! I’m so disappointed. They don't cover anything and charge for technicians??? That says even they know they are selling a bad product. If their product and customer care was as good as the fortune they sell and scam. NOT THE CASE THEY TREATED ME HORRIBLY AND JUST KEPT SAYING NOTHING WE CAN DO WE STAY WITHIN WARRANTY GUIDELINES. And their customer service is horrible, they all sound like robots and don’t care one bit about customer satisfaction. They all said same thing and were
      rude and disrespectful. I asked to talk to the president or vice president and the executive was only a title and couldn’t or wouldn’t do anything and was told she’s the highest level I can talk to. WHAT???? THAT SEEMS SO SKETCHY AND WRONG. Like I said never ever have I experienced such bad treatment. She also said everyone is given same answer and has to pay etc if outside warranty. FYI EVERYONE IS NOT THE SAME AND ISSUES ARE NOT THE SAME Each person should be treated individually. And when I told them all the bad comments I saw on yelp, BBB, sleep number reviews , social media and many more I was told we also have a lot of good ones to. I’m like wow is all that comes to mind. I’m disabled with horrible back, neck and hip issues. I have parts falling off underneath bed, mattress crooked and a foot off base and bed is lumpy, making my disability worse. $190.00 for someone to come out to say what’s wrong then was given quote on what it could be that cost is $1664.58 including another technician fee of 190.They are NOT same company of 25 years ago.

      Great beds. I have three of them. My guests love them too. being able to use the app on my phone to adjust the firmness is a great feature since I don't have to turn on a light to see a remote.

      Bought a bed at the Walnut Creek, CA store (**** ** ****** ***** ****** ****** ** *****). BUYER BEWARD - AVOID THIS STORE . DO NOT DO FINANCING... Ryan at this store pushed the "0%" financing of my purchase. They charge you 2% promotional fee for "0% financing". Very rude follow up to get clarification. "Call the bank, we can't help." BAIT AND SWITCH sales financing tactics at this store. I'm so disappointed by my experience with the Walnut Creek Sleep Number store. I will never recommend them and will do my best to share my experience widely with what happened here. Try shopping the Dublin store instead if you need a bed? **** ****** ***** ******* ** *****. Called Sleep Number corporate to get resolution at on Friday, 2/7/25 and spoke with Case manager David "We don't give our last names." His "help" was to tell me that for such an expensive purchase he would have carefully read he paperwork versus listen to the sales rep, but "that's just him". I'm appalled that there is no recourse for consumers for "bait and switch" sales financing tactics. If I could give zero stars I would. HORRIBLE.
