      Within 2 weeks of bed delivery I had an issue with the airflow of the ClimateCool bed that began after I had changed bed position and then returned it to flat. Come to find out 3 months and 4 technician visits later, they changed the technology they use for this and the piece I need replaced that they THINK will fix the issue is no longer used.
      While the technicians they sent have been fine, the customer service on the phone has been lousy. None of them are interested in helping the customer get to an acceptable resolution. They just keep trying to guess what the issue is, ordering parts, and sending people out.
      When I asked for an exchange, I was told I would have to pay $250 because I was between the 31 an 100 day period, even though the issue was originally reported within 30 days when I would have been eligible for an exchange without any extra charge.
      I would never purchase anything from Sleep Number again nor would I recommend anyone else do so. They take an exorbitant amount of money and then don't want to back up their expensive product and support their customers in resolving problems. I'm still waiting on a resolution.
      Timeline: March 3, 2025 - Bed Delivered; April 1 2025 - first visit for air flow issue; April 11, 2025 - second visit for air flow issue; May 23, 2025 - third visit for air flow issue; June 12, 2025 - fourth visit for air flow issue where they replaced essentially everything in the mattress, including the pump and the main control box. I learn at this visit that the technology I have on the bed for air flow control and the part I need that wasn't sent for the repair is no longer used. I've had the bed less than 4 months and the technology they use for the feature I'm having an issue with has been updated but they will NOT update my mattress to the new technology. July 18, 2025 - next visit scheduled to fix air flow issue. This is a never-ending nightmare.

      We were told there is full warranty on our 7k+ king bed, but that was not true. We had the bed for little over 3 years and now the bed is losing air. The company's response is to charge me 45% for the replacement part. Shady company, and shutty beds.

      A mixed bag. The bed is comfortable and I'm happy with my decision to purchase. The foot warming element lasted less than a year but we didn't discover over the summer so by the time we found it, it was out of warranty. They wanted $300 to unplug and plug in a new $25 part. The sheets are at least 3x overpriced and don't last beyond the warranty period. In general, I think the concept is great, and the bed is comfortable, but the products are not really worth the high cost. Maybe buy the bed, but not the accessories.

      It has been a huge difference maker in my life in both better quality of sleep but also I like they do a solid breakdown of factors that are important to consider along with how I can improve my sleep. Very easy to understand.

      We have had our sleep number bed for 4 years now. It still feels as great as the day it was delivered. My husband wanted a Sleep Number bed for a long time then we decided to buy 1 and we are still pleased with our purchase.
