      It has been a huge difference maker in my life in both better quality of sleep but also I like they do a solid breakdown of factors that are important to consider along with how I can improve my sleep. Very easy to understand.

      We have had our sleep number bed for 4 years now. It still feels as great as the day it was delivered. My husband wanted a Sleep Number bed for a long time then we decided to buy 1 and we are still pleased with our purchase.

      Worst warranty ever. I spent over $7k on my bed and it started intermittently malfunctioning in month 11. I was told I needed a new pump - the main component!! Because it was month 13 when I called to troubleshoot the issue (I am in a wheelchair and needed assistance to perform the troubleshooting steps) I was told that my bed only had a 12 month full warranty, and that the balance was pro rated. So the main component of my $7k bed fails and they want me to pay $200 for a pro rata replacement. I should have bought a Tempur-pedic…

      Absolutely terrible experience, deserves a negative 5 star review but Google doesn’t offer that functionality. I was given a delivery window for May 24, 2025 between 10:30 AM and 1:30 PM, but the mattress never arrived. After multiple calls, unprofessional service, and false promises from several reps—including being hung up on and ignored—I wasted my entire day waiting. It turned out that parts of the bed that was supposed to be delivered was used in someone else’s delivery.
      Despite assurances from the district manager and multiple store reps, the bed still never showed. To top it off, I received a text claiming it had been delivered at 8-9 PM when it hadn’t. I spent nearly $5,000 on a mattress and got worse service than if I had ordered from Amazon. I’ve canceled my order and will be buying from a competitor. Save yourself the stress—shop elsewhere.
