  Megan, the salesperson in the store, was very knowledgeable and helpful. She didn’t try to “sell” me but rather she listened to what I wanted and guided me to the perfect solution.
  The crew (Brandon & ?) were exceptional. They arrived on time and professionally installed my product. Great personality and easy to work with.

  I recently purchased a Sleep Number bed and was genuinely impressed by the entire experience. From the moment I walked into the store, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and respectful of my needs. They explained each model clearly, without pressure or upselling, and helped me choose the best option based on comfort and budget.
  The ordering process was straightforward, and I was kept informed every step of the way. Delivery was prompt and professional, with the team arriving on time, setting up the bed efficiently, and ensuring everything was working properly before they left.
  It’s rare these days to find a company that combines quality products with top-notch customer service, but Sleep Number delivered on both.   I contacted customer support the spring of 2025 for both air bladders on my queen size bed not holding their setting. First they sent me two small plastic caps and told me to cap off the bladders and see if they hold air. They wanted to charge me $50 for these plastic caps. When I questioned the charge, the girl looked into it and said oh your bed is covered under warranty. There will be no charge for this issue. I did as instructed in the bladders held air. I contacted customer service again May of 2025 and they said then the problem is the pump. I was then informed that my bed was only on a limited warranty and that the pump would cost me $283. That they were covering the other half of the cost. When I questioned the warranty and how I had been misled by the previous customer service individual, the representative said this is how my warranty is and there is nothing that can be done about it. I am shocked by the insane cost of a small air pump and the lack of quality of the sleep number product I asked if issue could be elevated to somebody higher up since I was misled regarding my warranty. The girl said there's a possibility but nothing's going to change as far as my cost. I do not recommend sleep number to anybody anymore.
