      I don't often use my red card; however, I did on October 7th. I made a purchase of some laundry detergent and health care products. I received a $15.00 gift card for the purchase and went to use it on one of the purchases. The cashier in error charged me for the gift card instead of crediting the card. I was issued a refund and when I received my statement there is a charge for $15.00. Lisa in Red Card customer service is now telling me that they are investigating the issue.
      they refuse to issue a temporary credit in the meantime. From now on I'm using American Express or visa for my purchases.

      Made a purchase on the Target app. They used my bank account instead of my red credit card. One item was not what I wanted. Went to take it back and get a money refund since they took it out of my bank account. I got a gift card. They claim that my debit card is a credit card. If they had put it on my red card this would be no problem but because they took it out of my bank account they only give gift cards. I shop there maybe once a year. I think ** entitled to my money back not a gift card telling me where to spend my money at. I will pursue this on other levels to get satisfaction. DONT SHOP TARGET THEY TELL YOU HOW AND WHERE YOULL SPEND YOUR MONEY!!

      I reached out via online tool application on ****************************** website as I was experiencing a financial crisis was seeking some relief. I was denied 6 times stating I didn't qualify for a payment arrangement. I have 4 accounts with *********** who allowed me to skip a payment on two accounts which allowed me to catch up my two other accounts bringing them current with no negative marks on my credit report. I have credit line with Upgrade who reduced my payments for 3 months allowing me to get current. I was facing an electric bill shut off which was delayed to help me catch up and keep service. So my question is why hasnt target card services helped when everyone else was understanding and went above and beyond to assist me? I was able to catch up my other credit accounts bringing almost everything up to date. Ive been getting destroyed with everything going on. ****, im now a single full time father trying to raise my 7 year old daughter whos behind academically. Im working parttime to care for her as i cant afford childcare and no one wants to watch her afterschool. I reached out to target card services a week ago for help as the online site this time offered a settlement instead of payment plan. I decided to call this time and the agent told me that I only qualified for a settlement and when I told them I couldnt pay it, they said to call each week and try to pay ******************************************************** the loop. How the h*** does that help me? My credit score dropped 100 points because of the late payments and past due status because they wouldn't help me from the start when I needed relief. Now I need more space for my daughter and need to move, but with these recent credit issues and current economic climate, I'm screwed! Thanks TD for nothing!

      Target Red Card customer service is a joke!!! They lock the account if sending a new card!!! My wife added me to her account and asked for a card for ONLY me!However, Target Red ********************** sent cards out for BOTH of us!!!Until we receive the new card(s) the account is USELESS!!!TERRIBLE customer customer and stupid restrictions that are TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!!!They are NOT even a BBB member and for good reason!!!

      CVS (Inside ****** Target) Pharmacy techs and Pharmacist refused to read my GoodRx card that I wanted to use reduce my out of pocket expenditure. All 4 Pharmacy Tchs and the Pharmacist accused ,e of insurance fraud because I wanted to use my GoodRx card. I even asked the Pharmacist to look into my profile because I had used my GoodRx to fill a RX a week or so ago but, the Pharmacist refused. She then called Security and the Target store Manager. She also stated, "You need to leave. We're not going along with your insurance fraud. You have ********* Leave. You will never be allowed back in this Pharmacy."The Store Manager arrived with Security nd told me, "You have to leave." I told them not to touch me and started to walk towards the door. The Manager followed me. I waited for her to get behind the **************** counter and then calmly approached her, I asked if she would her my side of the story, she relied, "No!" I asked her to, "write the incident up as I described." Again she replied, "I'm not writing anything up and I don't care about what you have to say. I am here to protect all of the employees in this store, not the Customers." I couldn't believe what I was hearing. She then instructed me to. "Go now. And you are never to come back to this store."I called Target but they do not listen to or document Customer Complaints. What!? I went on-line & found people whom had multiple complaints and received the same information I had. Many responders stated that. "They were listened to by their BBB and that the BBB actually helped them to achieve what they most wanted, to be heard and receive a formal apology. In some cases, money was returned to them. When I called the BBB in *********, **, they acknowledged that they had filed multiple complaints regarding Target employees throughout the country and they would try and help me to get my complaint heard, receive an apology & a retraction related to my being band from the ****** Target Store.

      Someone has tried to open a target credit card in my name 2 times now, do they not check people's ID anymore when opening credit cards???? . This person has my whole wallet because it was stolen a few months ago so they have all my information plus my ID. But when you open a credit card don't they check ID and see that that's not me opening the credit. Thankfully I have locks on my credit info and it was DENIED BUT I DID have hard inquiries on my credit report now. Now I have to deal with that!!!!! START CHECKING ID WITH PERSON TRYING TO OPENING NEW CREDIT CARDS!!!
