Sherry B was great at communicating and based on the most recent match I received, I can tell she’s listening to what I’m looking for. I hope I won’t need further matches but if I do, I’m confident it’ll be a good experience with Sherry in charge of my matchmaking.

1 starA professional attitude yet a substandard product. They lure you in with a database of 40k+ members. You expect a curated, personalized service. Maybe they do have a large database but maybe they don't know how to use it. Or maybe they don't even try since you pay up front and their refund policy is one-sided. The matches I received were so far off target I wonder if anybody there really listened to my preferences. Looking at the membership fee as an investment, it was a complete loss. I would never try such a service again nor would I recommend it to anyone.
Why would you spend thousands of dollars on a service or product without seeing it, trying it out and without the ability to return it if it's defective???? Well, I did and I regret it.Review fromAnshu B

My experience with Luma Matchmaking has been wonderful! Right before Christmas, I signed up to be in the free pool of singles that matchmakers can pull from for their clients. I was contacted a week later with a match! Rebecca ****** has been extremely professional yet personable, warm, kind, quick to respond, and easy to “work” with. She’s an excellent communicator & it’s obvious she has intuition. It’s not just a random client she sent me on a a date with, but someone that truly fits A LOTTTT of what I said I wanted. I have went on 2 dates with her client so far & a 3rd is in route :) He is truly in the 1% when it comes to so many desirable traits. No matter the outcome, this has been such a pleasant experience!LUMA Luxury Matchmaking
