Cecelia has been great to work as Matchmaker. She really listened to what my overall partner needs were and all my dates have had certain qualities that I look for in a person. She has been very responsive with providing date feedback submitted after each date. Overall great experience working with Cecelia. Poor quality match. Profile was extremely generous compared to the actual person I met. He had countless lies in his profile, really beyond that, nothing listed in his profile matched the person at all. An easy example, as silly as it is, claiming 5’11” and he was 5’8”. Also a strong focus on prioritizing health and strength, he was not fit and definitely did not work out the ‘4-5x per week’. He insulted my education to justify his lack of an advanced degree, it was all together terrible.
The match was rude and disrespectful, I would expect LUMA to have coached him significantly more on how to date before ever setting him up with a date.
My big takeaway after this experience is that anyone using LUMA matchmaking service is a well defined red flag I will avoid at all costs.LUMA Luxury Matchmaking

This is how they treat you after you request for consistent and frequent communication. Trying your best to follow "the program". I guess after 4 months and doing everything they told me, the minimum is their goal:
"Hi Robert,
Your membership search time expires at the end of this month, on 3/31/24. We do have the option to keep you as a priority match in our Singles Database to be considered for any of the Proactive clients we are doing a search for. In the event you are chosen as a good match potential any of the Matchmakers on the team can reach out to you with the client's information and if you are interested we will move forward with coordinating a date for you. If you would like to stay in the database to be considered as a match when your search time is up please let your Assigned Matchmaker know.
We wish you the very best in all your future dating endeavors.

I kept asking to meet their "Proactive clients". Which I wasn't introduced to. Then after I questioned the quality/ "Proactive clients" of the matches that they set me up with:
"Hi Robert,
No one at Luma is going to tell you anything different than what Rebecca explained to you on your most recent call. Your program has been fulfilled; you received double the amount of matches (3) you were guaranteed to receive and you went over by a considerable amount of time, the 5 hours of feedback, coaching and advice time that comes with your program. We are not going to set up more calls to keep rehashing the same thing. You are not eligible for any type of refund.
We wish you well in your future dating endeavors.

I paid $5,000.00 for 3 matches and 5 hours of coaching??? This was the first I had heard of this.
Matchmaking is a great industry and I have been fortunate to have has some great experience's. However in my opinion, I feel that I was taken advantage of by the team members representing LUMA. After I expressed displeasure with Rebecca.LUMA Luxury Matchmaking
