I was charged twice for an online order. I called to try to get it resolved. When she couldn’t follow my description of what happened, she hung up on me. I called back and spoke to a man and after a while, he realized he didn’t know how to help me. Suddenly his mic started to cut in and out, and then he hung up on me. What I think is happening is I’m ordering things online and they double charged me. I had to return the item so I did get a credit, but I was initially double charged so they still owe me that money. I can’t seem to get a resolution.

As much money as I spend with them, the customer service was beyond disrespectful today. Refused to cancel and refund my order, yet they charged my card quickly as can be. The representative over the phone told me “ you need to listen to me “ .. excuse me? Will be switching back to HEB after this.

I called prior to ordering a couch with their company that the price I was seeing was a legit sale being offered by their company and not a scam. They confirmed it was a real promotion so I purchased said couch and for FOUR days had called to confirm it was still being delivered and had email confirmation it was on its way.. on the 4th day I discarded my old couch in preparation for the new one but later that night was informed my order was canceled due to item being out of stock. When I called to speak to someone about just waiting for order to be sent when it was restocked they said it was gonna be $1000 more dollars than what I originally purchased the item for. So they were leaving me in a bad situation of having no couch, no resolution, and just said “we’re washing our hands clean of this situation” because it was apparently an “online pricing error” even after I informed them they had originally confirmed with me that it was not an error. So one agent/email is telling me it’s due to item out of stock and another stating it’s an error. They didn’t even care that I told them I was only a week away from delivering my baby and was having intense stress over this situation and being left with no furniture. Couldn’t even offer a $50 gift card or gratitude/apology for their “error or misunderstanding. This company that I once respected so much, has left an unpleasant experience and feeling so close to my due date and has no remorse or heart to even care about an internal problem they caused.

When doing a preorder for an item you expect to to get the item day of maybe the next day. Target put my delivery day 7 days from release and when I chatted it and asked how to resolve it. I was told to buy another one and cancle the order. I wasn't happy with the provided solution but I have no choice but to wait. Leaving review cause I don't want someone to run into the same issue I am. Especially if it's something they need.

My husband and I stopped by the Target at Ala Moana Center (1450 Ala Moana Blvd, Unit 2401) on May 31, 2025, around 9 PM during our honeymoon, and our experience was unfortunately frustrating. We noticed a Shark Matrix robot vacuum clearly marked as a “DISPLAY” unit with a price tag of 1¢. It was obvious to us that this was either a placeholder or a mistake, but it was still prominently displayed, so we asked to purchase it as a discount “open-box” item or at least for an explanation.
We spoke with the store manager, B***, and an associate named A*****. They both told us that the 1¢ price was “a mistake” and that they do not sell display units. However, when we looked around, other display models in that section were already gone—so it seemed inconsistent that those had been sold off but ours suddenly wasn’t eligible. When we pressed for clarification or a manager’s note, B***** simply insisted it was not for sale and that we were mistaken to think otherwise.
We left feeling misled. If an item is labeled with a price—especially a ridiculously low one—you’d expect at least some attempt to honor a reasonable discount, or at minimum a clear “Not for sale” sign. Instead, we were told outright “no” without any written policy or alternative offer. Afterward, we filed a complaint with Target Guest Relations and also reported the incident to Hawaii’s DCCA/AG.
Bottom line: if you’re browsing this store late at night, double-check that any “display” tags are truly not for sale—because staff may refuse to honor them without explanation. It left a sour note on what should have been a fun honeymoon shopping trip.

Target is selling fraudulent gift cards and expecting the customer to resolve. I bought a Nintendo gift card, got it home, it was already used. Customer Service had me send a copy of the receipt, gave me a case # and did nothing. 2 weeks later when I followed up, they said it was my problem to deal with Nintendo. Again - they sold it to me - they charged me and profited.
I reached out to their VP Customer Experience, Cara Sylvester. Not a peep back. Guess she is to big to worry about customers.
On a similar situation in the past with CVS, they stood up and acted and resolved.
Target sucks and they don't give a crap about their customers.
Thats the end of Target shopping for me.

I visited the Woodbury Commerce Target on Friday evening with my niece, who needed to try on dresses. What should have been a quick and fun shopping trip turned into a frustrating experience.
There are two dressing rooms in the store, but as usual, only one was open — and I’ve never once seen the other one in use on any of my visits. What’s the point of having two dressing rooms if only one is ever operational? The line to try on clothes was incredibly long, curving around the corner, and the staff working the area seemed unhappy to be there and completely uninterested in helping.
When I asked if the other dressing room could be opened, I was told “no” immediately, with no explanation or concern for the clearly frustrated customers. The staff member then said she worked in human resources and simply walked away. The other employee avoided the growing line entirely, wandering off instead of trying to assist or manage the wait.
Target’s customer service and overall culture at this location has noticeably declined over the past few years. I used to enjoy shopping here, but now I dread going in-store because experiences like this have become the norm. It feels like customer needs are no longer a priority.
Target needs to do better — especially at a busy location like this. Open the second dressing room and staff it appropriately. Respect your customers’ time and provide the kind of service that used to set you apart.

Target.com has incorrectly flagged my account as a “reseller,” which has completely blocked me from placing any online orders — including Drive Up pickup. I’ve explained multiple times via chat, email, and phone that I have a disability that prevents me from always shopping in-store, and that I depend on curbside pickup for personal and healthcare essentials.
Despite explaining this is a reasonable accommodation issue under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Target has responded only with generic emails saying to “shop in-store.” There has been no review, no meaningful appeal process, and no acknowledgement of the accessibility impact.
This is deeply disappointing and raises serious ethical and legal questions about how Target supports customers with accessibility needs.

Target has been putting missed payments on my credit report and drooping my credit score twice. When I looked at my account the auto pay was on but they had the incorrect date to start, They also had my alerts turned off that's why I never received anything about al the incidents that have been going on. This is the second time I been told that there system was updated and they never received anything from me about any missing payments! That"s a lie! I feel my rights have been discrimiated as a member since 2020. I just paid it off but I want them to correct their mistakes with the credit cards I had and two have been closed out because some of my credit limits on my other cards dropped because of their negligence! I want justice!
