We missed the door to door service promotion. But Alvin * in customer service was kind enough to match the original offer. Looking forward to saving money each month with this company.

I wanted to follow up and say that ***** REQUIRED me to give this review before giving me the above mentioned rate. Like I had to post this review and screenshot and send to him before starting my service. Everything I said is still technically true. The service has been good and the rate was honored. But now here we are a year later and Curbside is telling me I have to pay a $200 fee for canceling my service. They say we have a contract (I never signed anything). When I asked them to provide this supposed contract the customer service representative said ***** just have to trust me. This made me realize this company has been shady from day one. I wish I would have seen the writing on the wall last year.Review fromD. B.

Watch out for their Shady Business Practice with their fees after you're no longer a new customer! Once your contract is up the fees go sky-high and they are not capped, only the rate increase is capped.Curbside Waste, Inc.

I would never agree to do business with any company that utilizes unethical business practices by offering a set monthly price and then charging various fees to offset the lower price! Additionally locking in a customer for a ****** guarantee and only giving a 1 year rate guarantee is not in the best interest of any consumer interested in doing business with Curbside Waste! Is this unethical or just a bad business practice, may the consumer be warned!Curbside Waste, Inc.

Terrible company tripled my bill. quit service in January and they continue to send bills. Write an explanation on the bill and they just ignore it. nearly impossible to get a helper on the phone.Curbside Waste, Inc.
