The job provided by crew 2 was outstanding. Everyone was professional and courteous. Keiser made sure all my questions were addressed. Couldn’t ask for a better outcome, my floors are beautiful

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY TYPE OF FLOORING INSTALL - ESPECIALLY Planking!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE. The worst install I have ever seen. Very incompetent work, I could have done better. Customer service is non existent when you need an entire job redone - they don't return phone calls! Perhaps it was just the 2 installers that were totally not experienced. To leave a job how they did and think it looked 'good' is inexcusable not to mention unexcitable and unprofessional. You need to see the photo's to understand... very sad that a company would allow this.Crew2

My husband and I had our new flooring installed on Monday, March 17th and Tuesday, March 18th. The floors look absolutely fantastic. The crew that installed our floors were Ricky, Sean and Trae. This group of men were the absolute best. They arrived on time and started right away on the installation. Ricky, Sean and Trae were friendly, nice, polite and considerate. They cleaned up every day and kept us informed of any issues and updates.
We are extremely satisfied with the work Ricky, Sean and Trae completed. We would absolutely consider Crew2 for any future installs and if possible I would request Ricky, Sean and Trae to complete the project.
Thank you Ricky, Sean and Trae for doing a fantastic job on our floor install, putting us at ease, cleaning up the mess and for being very personable and professional.Crew2
