would do business with them again...superb work. They arrived early, worked efficiently with high standards, cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Good communication with their dispatch as well.

I went through Home Depot for a kitchen resurfacing. In Feb i laid out over $17000. In late July the installer showed and did a decent job. The packet they received from their supplier did not include drawer and door handles and one drawer front. Before he departed the installer pre-drilled the holes. Five weeks later handles and drawer front arrived. The drawer front was the wrong color. When installing handles I discovered holes were not aligned properly on many of the doors and drawers. They were either crooked or the spacing was off so only one bolt would attach and the other missed. So far they have inspected and acted like all necessary drawers and doors would be ordered. Now I learn nothing has been ordered and my only option is the have the installer who did the install come and attempt a patch job. My advice is take your business elsewhere if you want quality workmanshipCrew2

Office: ***** always returned my phone calls within an hour. He was easy to work with and answered all of questions on what to do before the BIG day arrived. We had to schedule the installion out about a month and ***** kept in contact with me the whole time to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. He reasured several times that my questions and concerns were valid! *****'s customer service is TOP NOTCH! Installion: **** and **** were VERY easy to work with. They answered all of our questions prior to the install and made everything perfect to our liking! **** asked us several times about various things during the install, how is this, what would you like ** to do with this, can you please check out this room. We had the whole house redone with carpet and it took them 4 hours, thats 2 bedrooms, 1 office and the livingroom with hallway. The clean up afterwards, IMPECCABLE! Scuffs on the newly painted walls, 3 tiny little dots, that no one will see. I WOULD RECOMMEND CREW 2! ******, ** OfficeCrew2

DO NOT EVER HIRE CREW2 EVER CARPET WAS WRONG COLOR WAS WRONG AND DID NOT SHOW UP UNTIL A WEEK LATER. CALLED AND COMFIRMED REMOVED EVERYTHING OUT OF MY HOME AND THEY NEVER CAME! I READ THE REVIEWS AND KNEW NOT TO GO WITH THEM BUT IT WAS TO LATE BY THEMCrew2

We would recommend James and Rolando from Crew2 for any flooring installation needs. They were very professional from start to finish. They arrived on time, thoroughly explained what was going to be done, and asked for input as needed. Their clean up of the work area was impeccable. We are so happy they were sent to install our new bedroom floor!Crew2

I will never use Crew2 again. Original floor was put in Nov 21’ and was falling apart and separating within two weeks due to poor install. It took till Sept 22’ to get it fixed. Installers were to be here 9/12/22 to replace flooring and did not show. Lost day of work, Crew2 did not contact me, I had to contact them to find out why. The crew came 9/13/22 without the plyboard underpayment, again. Two hour battle with Crew2 on this, again. First day was hours of contact with Crew2 about issues. Floor is now correct and solid. The installers did a good job but their people at Crew2 are ineffective at their jobs of communication with their teams. Never again.Crew2

2 starsHad multiple emails back and forth with them confirming a quote for the install of a tankless water heater, one of the members even sent me a link to tankless water heaters to buy. I order the unit and as soon as it arrives, suddenly the quote is wrong and 5x higher than the initial quote. Wouldn't honor their word, only reduction in cost from their week long mistake was around $100. It's been two weeks and the whole thing is still in process. Adrian and Diego installed our new carpeting and were such a delight to work with: they were polite, upbeat and efficient, kept the place clean, and kept us informed on how the project was going throughout the day. They were even able

I spent $4000 to have carpet removed because THEY said my old carpet was biohazard and needed to be removed by a biohazard removal service. It was NOT biohazard. Their employees should know what is and isn't biohazard - Check with OSHA to see if you don't know. And don't say only biohazard companies could remove the carpet. Then they changed their story later and say it was because the old carpet couldn't be put on top of new carpet.

We're sorry you do not feel satisfied with your experience. We stand by our decision not to haul the old carpet away and did attempt to communicate the reasoning with you. In any case, we neglected to adjust pricing to reflect the lack of haul-away and have informed ************** about the mistake.
