I could not have been happier with the whole process. The gentleman who came and took the measurements for my window treatment (******) was the same person who did the installation. He was professional, the measurements were obviously accurate and I am extremely pleased with the end result. He carried the box from the shipping material and filled with leftover debris out to the garage for me and was very courteous.Crew2

We had carpet installed in a bedroom and we were on a deadline. The carpet was delayed; however, it did show up in time for it to be installed a few days later. Perfect! The 2 fellas were very courteous and professional. They came in, did their job, cleaned up and left. It was awesome. We will definitely use this service in the future.Crew2

We had carpet installed. The 2 gentleman were very polite, very professional. Reading the other reviews, we must have had the "good" crew! I did not get their names, though. They cleaned everything up and answered any questions that we had.Crew2

They did an awesome job! I had vinyl plank flooring and carpet installed on two different days with different crew's. Both were very friendly and professional. Both jobs were finished in a day which was awesome. I would highly recommend!Crew2

This time **** and his team with Crew 2 was amazing. Very thorough and very good work. He even went back and tried to fix the TERRIBLE job done by Crew 2 in January. Its hit and miss with crew 2. Depends who you get. Our January carpet install was terrible. Seems are bad. Stairs are bad. I could go on. This time, **** killed it. He needs a raise. I wish we could ask for him by name for our next carpet install.Crew2

I placed my order last December (2021) for kitchen cabinet installation, countertops and tile backsplash. The associate at *********** said the cabinets would not be delivered until late January or February. They came in February and sat in my dining room for several weeks before someone came to do the unboxing. There were some damaged doors and cabinets so they had to be reordered. Those came in April or May. The demolition of my kitchen wasn't until June 19 and they disconnected my sink and my stove was to be relocated so I also didn't have a stove because they hadn't done the new gas line yet. They didn't schedule the cabinet installation until late July and the plumbers for the sink and gas hookup didn't come until August. I was without a kitchen sink and stove all summer. It is now mid October and I'm still waiting for someone to come do the tiling for the backsplash. This kitchen remodel is taking almost one year to complete. If you want your kitchen done in a timely manner, hire someone else...not Crew 2.Crew2
