Terrible customer service. This contractor came through Home Depot. Joe said they won’t install the carpet since they will have to move the furniture and boxes. Really? Isn’t their job to move furniture and boxes to install. Do they need an empty or brand new house. This carpet for elderly couple and now Home Depot won’t issue a refund. What a disaster is this company. I will be reaching out to my lawyer and filing a former complaint with BBB.

These guidelines are meant to avoid surprises on installation day and help everything go as safely and efficiently as possible. Im sorry if these requirements werent clear or were overlookedthat kind of mix-up can be really frustrating.I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Brandon did an awesome jib. Everything was replaced to perfect condition. I bought an older home, he replaced three exterior doors. I would use these services again and recommend to anyone wanting high quality work.

So the Crew2 installers were great. They got here when they said they were going to, got to work and did the install in fast order. BUT, this was the second appointment for that same install. Unfortunately the coordinator Megan was not as great as the installers in being helpful and informing us about things. There was grease on the first carpet order so it had to be re-ordered. We asked if there was a way the second carpet could be checked for anything wrong w/it, but she did not want to help which was apparent in the way she responded to my phone call and that she did not call us back like she said she would after the carpet was checked. I was not going to say a word, but unfortunately I have received multiple emails and phone calls to leave a review, so I figured unless I did that I would be harassed for awhile and chose not to be harassed. Again though, the installers were GREAT!!! But the person who booked the installers, not so much.Crew2

That said, Im sorry to learn about the challenges with coordination and communication. Thats not the experience we aim to provide, and Ill be reviewing this with the team to make sure we improve. Regarding the feedback requests, we aim to make it easy for customers to share their thoughts, but I understand how the follow-ups felt burdensome. Very satisfied with the Crew2 installation of our laminate flooring. Installer was on time, very professional and did a great job. They sub-contract with Home Depot and I think we got our money's worth. Cleaned up after. Recommend!!!Crew2
