      For several years, I have been miss handled. Miss treated, disrespected as a patient. When I complain about it, I am now viewed as the person thats threatening to people and now dont wanna work with me and I happen to be an African-American woman, consistently being miss handled and miss treatment is a little bit too much at this point in time, if the staff did what they were supposed to do, I wouldnt be upset. Constant miss information regarding prescriptions. Constant miss handling of blood work up appointments. ******** being told Im the issue. When all of the mistakes are coming from the Allina Specialty clinic department in Saint ****. to have the manager say to a patient Im going to protect my staff, as if I am a villain is abhorrent . so now I have to go somewhere else per the management. I am ************************************************************************************************************************************************************* to simply go somewhere else Ive been going back-and-forth with Allina for the last 10 or more years because I thought they were a reputable healthcare agency, something needs to be done with Allina if Allina has issues with certain groups of people, maybe Allina should only work with certain groups of people.

      The staff and management at this location does not care about their patients. I was there and said that I get anxiety and trouble breathing when I wear a mask. They took me to an exam room and a manager came into the room and started yelling at me for refusing to wear a mask and that I was being disruptive. I was talking calmly but the manager was yelling. After I said I would put my mask on and shaking trying to get it on, the manager yelled at me that I wasn't wearing it right and said she was calling the police. She filed a no trespass against me for saying I couldn't wear a mask. Then when I was in the entryway waiting for my ride the manager came out with a therapist and asked if I wanted to talk to him. Allina has now refused to allow me to be seen at any of their locations for any care. They said I would have to the end of March to find another clinic but then canceled my appointments I had scheduled for March.

      I tested positive for Covid 19 on 12/21/2023. I went on My Chart and sent a message to my primary clinic requesting the antiviral Paxlovid medicine as I am 67 years old. . Per the **** For someone over 60, the first step after a positive test should be a call to the doctor to get the antiviral Paxlovid. The government has pre-bought millions of doses, so they are available for free. The response from my Allina Clinicwe must see you in person to prescribe Paxlovid. They went on to say the 1st available appointment was on Tuesday 12/27! This was 7 days away. Paxlovid is only responsive within 5 days of infection. The *** states Dont delay: Treatment must be started within days after you first develop symptoms to be effective. I check appointments at the 4 surrounding ALLINA clinics and there were no appointments within 5 days. This left me no choice but to go to Emergency at the nearest hospital where I tested positive and received Paxlovid. I am a long term Allina patient and feel very betrayed.

      If I could give zero stars, I would. Allina injured me in an MRI machine. I had a plate in my wrist from a break 14 years prior. It was an old plate, not MRI tested. They did no screening on me, asked no questions. I needed an MRI on my lower back. I expressed concern twice about my plate. I was told twice it would not be an issue. Just hours after the procedure I was bruised and swollen along my plate. I had ruptured 2 tendons - my thumb and index finger. Initially all I asked for was covering my medical expenses. I even went to an ortho surgeon in their system, because I really thought they would cover medical costs and I wanted to make it easy for them. Bad idea. I required a 4 hour surgery, lots of PT, and still had permanent disability and disfigurement, not to mention thousands of dollars in medical costs. I sought a law suit and they decided to pay "experts" over 20 times the cost of the expenses, and 3+ times what the settlement would have been for them just to be seen as not at fault (part of that is repaying my insurance company for covering things they shouldn't need to). I do not know how they and their lawyers sleep at night. Absolutely disgusting. You have no recourse with companies like this. I hope ***** bites them in the a**

      I have been being harassed by the medical professionals that were involved in my care as a patient in April. I did nothing wrong, but there are no ethics in healthcare anymore, and I'm being used as an experiment in entertainment. I reported and spoke to the head of administration 3 or 4 times, any was placated and not taken seriously in the slightest. I realize that it doesn't sound rational, but I'm of sound mind and sober. That's why they can do this, because they're just lil ol nurses, right?

      If there is less than one star I'll definitely choose it, this Alina ********************** system just working on how to make money out of the Insurance and they are all careless about the patient and his/her feelings.!they are unprofessional and will diagnose you wrong and they are just working on how to transfer you / referring you from provider to provider or specialist just to make the money and not because they care about you. stay alert and avoid Allina Health clinics or hospitals.
