I wish 0 stars was an option! Tactile Medical has been absolutely horrible. I have severe lymphedema. I have been waiting for a flexitouch pump for 3 months. The rep. came to my home and fitted me for it in March. It is now June and still nothing! I have made endless phone calls to this company, only to receive the same reply. "It has been escalated and we will call you back with a reply". The reply call NEVER comes. I even merged my insurance company with Tactile Medical to confirm that the equipment is covered by my insurance. Even that attempt wasn't successful to get the pump. My health is deteriorating as a result of their complete incompetence and disregard. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by their lack of concern and lies.

Billing is total chaos. Payments not being shown, requests for payments that are already made... Account information is not maintained properly. Several months of dealing with this company, they finally confirm my account is paid in full, 2 weeks later my account shows a payment due from an invoice 3 months prior. No idea how they have an A+ rating. I make all requests via email so I have written proof. They typically respond via email but will also call at times, which I imagine avoids written proof of any comments. I will never deal with this company again.

My experience overall as a veteran has been a very positive one, especially with Isabel *****, the nurse assigned to me by Tactile. My doctor ordered the device for me, but seems my size was big for me, as I found out from my Tactile nurse Isabel. She was able to get my measurements done and obtained my corrected size. She has been such a pleasure to work with in the superb patient support she has offered by answering questions, diligently returning my calls, and her expertise and professionalism make her a muched valued asset to this company. I really appreciated her patience with me. Although, I did initially try to make contact with her supervisor, Jennifer ****, to submit this positive feedback, but to my dismay after several unanswered calls, I just had to call customer service. I'm glad I'm not working directly with her sup screening calls, or Otherwise, this would have been a 5 star review. Thank you Isabel for being awesome there!

This company is a joke and it sucks because most of us have just went through a cancer treatment and/or going through treatment. Then, we have to deal with them for the equipment. I wish I had read reviews before I talked to them, as now I am going through what other reviews mention. Horrible customer service and issues with billing. I am now forced to get an attorney to resolve this.

The finance department of this company is totally unprofessional & proves to be somewhat incompetent when it comes to processing claims in a timely manner. My estimated cost of $666 ballooned to over $2,000 due to their inability to process paperwork that I was assured would be filed quickly & that I would not incur any further costs other than that estimate provided. They did not file re-authorizations, or a second pre- authorization for my equipment. They dropped the ball & blamed the insurance carrier AND my medical provider! They fail to communicate when concerns are being forwarded regarding the poor customer service being provided. They refused to rescind their claim to the insurance carrier, & to resend with the correct date of service which was requested by the insurance company!!! They have poor customer service, bad communication skills, & terrible processing delays of claims! They added 18 months of stress to my life & I finally gave up & will be returning the equipment, so that they can “dispose of it”. Terrible company to deal with on the billing/clerical end. Their clinical staff are great, but they have a serious problem within their management team.

At 84 years of age, I don't need what Tactile Medical is putting me through. One star is one to many. In Oct. 2023 a salesman told me he would order one leg pump for me for $60. I had some swelling in one leg and felt I could afford the $60, which would be billed when it arrived. It didn't arrive until July 3rd of 2024. When it finally arrived, I didn't recognize the name and my husband opened the box to see what it was and who sent it. It was nearly a year later, the swelling had gone down in my leg and the company had sent me two pumps for $211.71. instead of the one I ordered for $60. They were huge and I didn't even bother to try one on. My husband flipped a switch to see if it even worked, out of curiosity. It was put back in the box exactly as packed. We called the day that it arrived, and told them it was not one pump like I had ordered, it took so long, my swelling was no longer a problem, and we were sending it back. The company said to wait until they called me to see if I could return it. I waited and waited again, and when no one called back, I sent it back to Tactile on Aug. 13, and paid the shipping of $17.25. I have been billed and threatened to have a Bill Collector, show up at my door. I have a stellar back ground and commit to leading a Godly life and this company has been very upsetting.

I have been waiting for my pump since November and have been getting the run around for months. I have called the office no less than 5 times to update my insurance, and every time they have me down as self pay. Had I been self pay, I should have received my pump as well as a bill, but neither came. They told me I would have my pump at the beginning of July, and it is now the end of August with no update. Keep in mind that I have been contacting them since November. It is almost a year of going back and forth for a pump that I still do not have.

The billing department is a joke. I have received 2 bills in one month multiple times with different amounts I owed. And the monthly amount owed would constantly change. The sales representative I had is useless. I had also contacted them telling the I had use the pumps approximately 4 times since I had gotten them within 2 month period and it opened my wound. I explained using the leg pump had opened my wound so bad and I had spent from Nov 2023 to May 2024 going to the wound dr to get it healed. Also, that I was told by my wound dr that I would not be able to use them. I had spoken with many people at Tactile about I had used it 4 times and they could care less. Please don't waste your time or money with them. I am out over $1300.00 for something that I am unable to use.

This is the worst medical supply company I have ever worked with and I would give 0 stars if I was able. I was given a meaningless quote for the equipment given to me in a signed contract, which they did not honor and changed me over 3.5 times as much as was stated in the quote (i.e., I was quoted that the price would be $620.44 which I agreed to pay, whereas they actually changed me $2,208.23 which I did not agree to pay). I asked to return the machine, but I was originally told it was outside of the period when the device could be returned. After over a year of going back and forth with Tactile, they asked me to return the device so that they could rebill me in a different calendar year (i.e., a year when I have had surgery and have met my deductible, even though I have used the pump for well over a year). I contacted my insurance company to ask how to get a new pump (assuming I was going to return this one to Tactile Medical) but was advised this was insurance fraud, and I would not be eligible for a replacement. I have no choice but to pay the inflated price OR forgo this medical therapy for my condition (I am not considering insurance fraud to be an acceptable option and do NOT agree to participate in this option). If you have any other options, use an alternate company with reputable billing practices.

This company treats patients terribly. It took weeks to get a hold of them. And when I did .They give me the run around. To send it back to them.Because it did not fit .And after I send it back.they sent me a bill for $145.13.unbelievable.I do not believe I have to pay this bill.because I sent it back.to them.
