      Called Tactile Medical @ 866(#s not allowed). Took a little over 15 mins to get ahold of anyone that could further assist on getting the exact order that they require to efficiently take care of the patient. Spoke to Jack who then transferred me to another line that was supposed to directly take care of this. I was on hold for about 45 mins before I called on another line to see if I could escalate this at all. Was on hold again for about 10 mins before Jack answered again. Richelle *********** is the representative that is in position to take that call. Her direct line is 612(#s not allowed. I was on hold for an hour waiting for an answer. I left a message asking Richelle to call back.

      Wonderful wonderful company and machine. I have lymphadema from breast cancer surgery about 20 years ago. About 5 years ago my lymphadema therapist recommended the pump . My insurance company insisted I had to start out the simple pump first which only had one chamber. After 30 days I was allowed to switch up to the flexitouch plus. The machine makes a huge difference in my arm. I'm able to wear long sleeve shirts again. I don't use it all the time; but when I see my arm looking puffy again I use it for several weeks or months. The flexitouch plus has changed my life. I had great customer service at that time, perhaps the pandemic caused things to change.

      My experience with customer service has been excellent every step of the process in getting a pneumatic pump from Tactile Medical. It was recommended by my Oncologist to the location where I was receiving lymphedema therapy.
      The in-clinic demo at my therapy location was very detailed and she answered all our questions. She also offered to work with Medicare (denial) and then submit to our secondary insurance. It was approved very quickly.
      Next, I received a call from their MN office to say the pump was ready to ship. Again they were very friendly and patient with my questions.
      Then a local trainer contacted me. She let me know when the pump shows it’s arriving in their system she’ll call me back to schedule my in home training. She scheduled it one day earlier to accommodate my schedule also. The Training was very thorough to where we knew how to put my foot/leg/trunk piece with the on/off zippers. (This was after she had fitted it to my shape). But we also knew how to make adjustments to the pump Velcro straps, if needed She had us operate the controller system with her instructions to ensure we knew how; including how to make % changes to decrease the pressure, etc. So we were very comfortable when the trainer left. She was very sweet, polite, and patient.
      We’ve had the Flexi Touch pump for 2 weeks with no problems. Carolyn G

      The equipment sucks doesnt work properly... Customer service is awful know return calls and when they do text you and u reply they dont.. They have know clue how we feel all they are out for is to get your $8000 bucks.Alot of people work there have know clue to what there doing.. I have had my equipment for 3 months now called and was told i would get a phone call back from tec support still til this day waiting.This equipment was my last resort for lymphatic leg pump equipment dont inflat or deflat right never buy there products...

      I spent over a year trying to work with this company to get the appropriate medical equipment. Communication was very poor, no one was on the same page. Things were being stated that were distorted. Finally they just stopped responding telling my insurance company they no longer wanted to work with me. Then I got a letter stating they were sorry I had changed my mind about working with them which was totally a lie. My final evaluation is that they hurt my chances of healing and I found them to bd unprofessional, had poor communication and in the end did not serve me as the customer in an effective manner.

      Somehow this company is trying to charge me for services that I haven't received including the equipment. I had a June 16 appointment for sonogram with the doctors office concerning a vein issue in my leg. A representative for Tactile Medical called me saying that doctor coco recommended their flexi treatment. I told him I wasn't interested but when I go into the doctor office he could show me what it was and I could decide if I wanted it. I decided to postpone my surgery and did not go into the office for my appointment. Somehow these people are trying to charge me for their equipment which I never received nor do I know hoe to use because it wasn't demonstrated nor given to me on the 16th. I thought these people were an erectile disfunction place or something and was really irritated when I received spammy calls asking me about my tactile medical stuff. You can understand how I'd be confused. Next thing you know they're going to try and charge me for a surgery I didn't have well. What gives? Beware of these people I smell a con artist.
