      Been waiting 5 months for a replacement machine for one they originally shipped to me that doesn't work. I have requested the replaced over 10 different types. I've been on hold for 3 hours talked to 5 people (1st two don't know how to transfer phones) and who can't comprehend the words "broken machine", "original machine" "need one that works" and are trying to get something to go against my insurance for a 2nd machine. I need an original machine that will work!!! They are charging my insurance for a machine that never worked!! Fraudulent claims against insurance companies. Supervisors are just as dumb as the staff and can't read co-workers notes.
      Since they can't figure out how to get a replacement machine to me I wonder how they will figure out to send me a box.
      Getting my "NEW" machine from a reliable and friendly company tomorrow. Will be disputing the 5 months charges since the machine was broken and did not provide me with a service.

      was shipped equipment i never used and Tactile Medical will not accept the return after several months of them ignoring me completely. Then today, they tell me is been too long per their policy i never agreed to. Please stay away from anything to do with this company, they are very dishonest. Here is their corporate office address:

      Machine purchased needs repair and cannot reach customer serviceit is non existent! Ive been on hold for over an hour trying to reach someone. Their promise to call you back has not been honored the last three attempts I made to get a reply. It seems this is a common complaint once the company sells you the equipment! This company deserves a very bad rating.

      I have been trying to help my 87 y/o neighbor with his new Tactile Medical Entre system. The unit is dead on arrival - power gets to the cable, but the unit won’t light up no matter what outlet we try (all outlets in his home are working.) I have called customer service on his behalf three times now and no one ever picks up. When I try to have them call back (it’s an option for product service) they don’t call back. The local Tactile rep has only given us an email address to try and I have written that one as well as the one listed in their site. No response. This is unacceptable and is taking advantage of the elderly.

      I had a representative come and try to get me to sign on the dotted line.,I did my homework and found out they are NOT routinely approved by Medicare! The rep kept pressing me to sign and I absolutely refused until I could check with Medicare. She couldn’t get out fast enough! Thank God I always research everything I plan on signing! You can’t trust anyone!

      Tactile Medical has a compression garment that treats my post cancer radiation induced lymphedema. The device sells for $5000 and is not covered by Medicare. I’ve told them this is too much. Repeatedly. They told me to fill out a patient assistance request. I did. They responded in an email that I didn’t qualify for assistance AND THAT UNLESS I CALLED THEM THEY WOULD SHIP THE DEVICE AT FULL PRICE UNLESS I CALLED. I CALLED THE NUMBER AND HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. What if I didn’t notice their email? What if I missed their call? What if they loose my voice mail message? This practice of turning an assistance request into an order strikes a me as deceptive business practice. Please consider removing their BBB accreditation.

      I have had the unit for about 6 months. It has worked well for me, however, I am now having a problem with one of the garments and I cannot get through to customer service. I have called multiple times, never getting an answer. I have left my phone number for a call back, but still no call. I have even contacted them through their website and still nothing. I have contacted my therapist who prescribed it, to see if she can help.

      The $5000 Flexitouch system they sold me does not work. Tactile Medical was very responsive and eager to work with me before purchase. They took my calls and got back to me quickly. Now that I have questions no one at headquarters picks up the phone, returns my messages, etc, etc.They have a No Refund Policy on opened items. I carefully used their system for 9 days and it was painful and didn't work. My question is this: why would someone return an unopened box to get a refund? What problems would arise with a box that hasn't been opened? The problems come to light once it is used. But No Returns, according to them. Horrible ************** regret buying from them. Tactile Medical deserves a -5 star rating, not 1 star. Once they have sold you their system they are totally not interested in anything you have to say.

      The lady that was helping me get my leg pumps paid for was very persistent with the doctors. I thought the were great to work with. They came and showed me how to use them. I did have a balance that was not cover by insurance and they agreed to make a monthly payment arrangement.

      I wish I had read the reviews before agreeing to order their equipment. It simply does not work as described. The initial rep who first came to our house explained it well enough but after using it just one after it arrived, it stopped inflating, so I called customer service, which never answered the phone, no matter how long I stayed on hold. OK, I am no stranger to technology, but I thought that at least the company would back up their product. At least someone would listen to a customer and at least try to explain what I could do to make it work. Total waste of time and money. I will call the doctor who prescribed it and beg him not to prescribe this product. Do I suspect there might be grounds for a malpractice suit? Will my next phone call be to my attorney?
