    We had 2 Euro scooters before purchasing the 5 star Excalibur scooter. Love the power, cup holder, phone charging holder and the power is amazing. Never had a problem til we broke it down and put in back of suv. Well Friday we get to destination set it up and no power. I started watching you tube videos to see what it could be and I searched and searched and never found one that fit our problem. So I went to ******** and found ******* ******** cell number and just decided to text to see if I could find any information or why it was totally dead. He texted and called and sent me a video. I watched it, did as he instructed. It was fixed, it was simple for me to do, the housing unit wires got pulled out and I just reinserted them in and checked all other wires put back on and it started right up. Im so thankful he got back to me and gave me the video and advice. My boyfriend was ready to throw in dumpster. I knew there had to be a way to fix. Searching was no fun on you tube, but sure learned a lot about our 5 star scooter. Thank you ***** for helping me solve the problem. Really appreciate you taking the time on a holiday weekend.     I absolutely love the Excalibur, 5 Star Scooter I purchased from Steve at the Pima County Fair. Having MS I have trouble walking in the warm Tucson temperatures. The scooter has given me the freedom to go and keep up with my family without the exhaustion that I felt without the scooter. Steve was amazing and patient while I asked many questions. He took the time to ensure the scooter was adjusted to my comfort and fully explained each aspect of breaking it down for transport and making adjustments. For the past three years I have seen Steve and the scooters at the fair and kept saying one day, one day I will buy one. I finally did and do not regret my purchase at all.     Bought a scooter from Steve at the Puyallup Fair. He was not only knowledgeable but took the time to make sure I understood my scooter and wasn’t in a hurry to just take my money. I must say, one of if not the best thing I have bought for myself. It really opened a new world to me as I am getting older and my bones don't move the way they used to. I chose the Excalibur and boy am I glad I did. Ive been hitting parks and trails and even ran across a field with it while running my dog. Thanks to Steve for a great product and a great experience.

    I love ?? my 5 star scooter! I’ve had it almost 7years now it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. Not only will it haul me around at 400 lbs but I beat the crap out of it. I have no wheelchair ramp out to the back parking lot I jumped it off the curb many times once with my wagon in tow. I couldn’t imagine being without it honestly it makes everyday tasks like bringing in groceries from the car to taking my laundry to the laundry mat it’s just a work horse. I even moved coffee table and end table for a friend that lives in my building moved apartments. If by chance you ever have any questions or concerns Steve is very good about responding pretty quickly too

    Great experience with Five Star scooters. Unusual these days unfortunately. Left a message and Steve called me back within minutes, he spent 30 minutes one the phone with me answering all of my questions and side note, making me laugh, he is quite a character but I digress. I received my scooter within a week and am so happy I went this route. These scooters are indeed in a category of their own based on seeing many others, the YouTube videos were on point and the scooter is amazing. I never thought I would be able to do many of the things I used to do, way beyond just getting around. I am an avid outdoorsman and the power and construction of my scooter is way beyond what I expected and I am once again doing things I thought were way behind me. I highly recommend Five Star.

    I meet Stephen of 5 Star Scooters at the Pima County Fair, I was interested in his scooters but did not at that time. I called 5 Star Scooter a year later and spoke Stephen. He proved to be an amazing asset and sales representative to the company. We went over the options I needed, then talk about my choices. We came to the conclusion the sparrow scooter was my best fit since it was my first scooter. The Sparrow fits all my needs and a is comfortable ride. The support I’ve received from Stephen and 5 Star is the best service I have ever received. I recommend them 100% to anyone looking for a scooter.

    Thrilled with the Excalibur! Has opened up so many possibilities for a disabled person to enjoy family bike rides and such. Had a technical question and within an hour I had a call from them. Answered all questions I had. Have been thrilled with everyone I have dealt with at 5 star scooters.

    I bought my scooter at the Puyallup Fair from Stephen. He was wonderful. He showed me everything about the Scooter. I also bought one for my disabled son. He loves it. He puts it in his motor home when he goes camping and rides it around camp. I use mine to go to church and to the store as I do not drive my car anymore. THANKS STEPHEN. Blessings, Ruth

    This business is excellent. They are transparent and helpful. The products are first rate quality. Every year we see them at the fair and still after owning our scooters for 5 years they take the time to check our scooters to make sure everything is in good shape. They do not try to oversell and give a lot if helpful ideas on ways to utilize the scooters and accessories. We have seen a lot of knock offs but once you experience the five star scooters you will see none compare to their quality. I have referred many customers to them and will continue.
