  M&E SALES IS A SCAM!! DON'T BUY THEIR JUNK UMBRELLAS!! We purchased the 10' offset umbrella at the ******* ** boat show in September 2021 for $1,099, kept it in the box until August 2022. Put it up for the first time in August 2022. The first time we had a any wind, it broke in two places. I went to the same boat show the next month (this September) and spoke with the same salesman who sold it to ** the year before. He said it was still covered under our 1-year warranty and told us to call the company, which I did. I left two messages. My calls weren't returned. On the 3rd attempt I got through to woman who was most unpleasant and informed me the warranty didn't cover wind damage. When I asked her how I could get the umbrella repaired, she informed me that they don't repair them, but that I could order replacement parts and maybe hire a local handyman to try to put them together. When I asked her who manufactured the umbrella, she wouldn't tell me. When I asked to speak to her boss, she said he was out of town for a few weeks and didn't know when he would return. When I asked for his email address, she wouldn't give it to me. When I asked to speak with anyone else in the company, she suggested I call the salesman, which I did. I explained to him that I just needed to know where I could send ******************* to get it repaired. He asked me to send him a text and attach the bill of sale and that he would "try to expedite things." I did that. No response from him, and he won't return my phone calls. Bad product sold my a company that has terrible customer service and doesn't stand behind it's product.

  We don't warranty against wind! No umbrella on the market has a warranty against wind, as explained at the time of purchase. Every umbrella will fail 100% of the time if the wind is strong enough, we recommend exercising common sense and not leaving it up unattended. BUT, if it does break, all parts can be replaced and we have ******* videos showing how to repair. I would also like to recommend not yelling and swearing at our customer service representatives, you were very nasty on the call.

  You people are unbelievably bad. Terrible product, only surpassed by absolutely the worst customer service. You are also dishonest... you know full well there was no yelling or swearing on my part during the phone call. If you show up again at the *****************, I will be there with my broken umbrella to let anyone who seems interested in your umbrellas that they should read all the customer complaints on your website before thinking about buying one. I wish I had!

  We just purchased 2 of the rear wheel drive scooters at the *************. We love them! ***** is very knowledgeable and accommodating. We had purchased 2 of the front wheel drive scooters about 4 years ago from ***** (Five Star scooters). Have enjoyed them tremendously, but with getting older wanted to get the rear wheel drive ones. Our kids will get the front wheel drive scooters that are still working great! I would recommend this company to everyone!
