    My name is Becky and my husband and I recently purchased a 5 Star Scooter from Stephen at the state fair. He was very helpful in explaining the features of the scooter and how they break down. He even allowed us to use a scooter while we were at the fair. We chose the smaller one because of its lighter weight and ability to transport in variety of vehicles. I highly recommend doing business with Stephen at 5 Star Scooters!!!

    We purchased our Raptor from Steve several years ago- we have taken it everywhere! This year we purchased a Falcon for the spouse.
    Steve has always been very helpful. We follow his FB page also and highly recommend you do too!

    I bought my 5 star scooter from Steve at the puyallup fair 2020. Steve was very knowledgeable and has a great product. It's still running strong after 4 years of use. I will tell you my kids even enjoy taking it for a spin. I let them use it to run to the store about a mile away from my home. I enjoy it the most when going to amusement parks, the zoo anything that requires a bunch of walking. I even got a hitch for it which allows for me to hitch a wagon and pull kids and stuff in. If your considering one you should do it you won't regret it! I love mine and will use it for many years to come! Thanks Steve for a great scooter/bike.

    My husband Marty and I had the good fortune to stop by the Five Star Scooter booth at the Florida State Fair this past year. Marty was riding a Triad scooter that he had for a couple of years with some mechanical issues (mainly wiring) off and on that failed to work properly, usually when we were traveling. We live in the Tampa Bay area but have a 40' 5th wheel RV and travel coast to coast in the summer. Because of previous spinal surgeries, Marty cannot walk long distances and a scooter was the best option for him. Steve, the salesman for Five Star, spent time showing us his scooters, showing videos, answering questions and letting Marty test drive around the pavilion as long as he needed to. My husband liked the Raptor(Falcon). It was sporty, did not look like a mobility scooter even though it is ADA approved and can be taken anywhere. This allowed him to cruise through museums, stores, amusement parks, any store, onto ferries and even take on a commercial plane. Steve invited me to ride another scooter I was looking at, the Excalibur, which was rear wheel drive (Raptor is front-wheel drive) and had a larger platform and was smooth and fast. I had no intention of buying a scooter, usually ride my bike or walk, but it was tempting. Steve offered us a discount for buying both, including the fair discount and let us think about it with no pressure. We now have two Five Star Scooters and are "happy campers". The scooters were definitely impressive but spending time with Steve convinced us to buy a Five Star.

    Reputable companies are hard to find nowadays; we are so glad to have found 5starscooters. Everything we've bought is made of the highest quality durabilty,and dependable. We've enjoyed a great relationship with them and they have always gone out of their way to help with any of our questions or needs.We definitely recommend 5starscooters to everyone we come across.We are absolutely that satisfied of customers.     I purchased the umbrella from them. In a very light wind the "smooth roller" broke. NOT UNDER WARRANTY, though I don't know where it is limited from being under warranty in the actual warranty. That, however, is what the customer "support" person stated. So I purchased two of these less than one month after putting the umbrella up. The installation instructions don't match up between the online video/online written instructions. Basically this is a sham organization which lies to it's potential customers at the shows where these umbrellas are sold. Per the better business review rules this review cannot be filed at the same time as a complaint which I think is fascinating. To quote: I understand that if I file a complaint with BBB on this business that my customer review on this business will not be posted. I also understand that my review will only be posted for 1,095 days (3 years).
    Interesting rules there. Well I don't think a complaint will go any place, perhaps people will read this instead.

    The best scooter I have seen. Very well made compared to others I’ve looked at. Company has great reviews from customers about their customer service also. Glad I went with 5 Star and not the handful of copies showing up.

    Awesome scooters, this is my third 5 star scooter. My first was purchased in 2019 from Steve, it is still going strong, I have since purchased one for my dad and my son. We can now all go fishing and rock hunting together, which would not have been possible otherwise. Great scooters, great people to deal with. Highly recommend.

    My husband and I bought two scooters at the Florida Fair from Steve, it has been several months now so I thought it was appropriate to leave a review. We have used the scooter almost everyday here in Florida, we enjoy going for an evening ride in our. Immunity after it cools down a bit. I must tell you, these were one of the best purchases we’ve made in recent memory. The fun we have had on them and the amount of time we sprang outdoors now has been life changing. These scooters have exceeded our expectations and Steve has been nothing but helpful. We have even called on a Sunday with a question expecting to leave a message and were quite surprised that Steve answered right away. Great customer service and extremely well made scooters. Now that we own two, we really notice the difference in quality as we see people on other brands.
