    I bought a Falcon from 5 star scooter, fall of 2022. Recently the battery stopped charging so I reached out to customer service. It was actually Steve, the owner who got back to me. He corresponded with me over the next few days walking me through different scenarios to try to pinpoint the problem. It turned out I needed a replacement charger which was still covered under warranty. They sent it off quickly and now I’m back to a fully charged battery. Initially, I was very impressed with the scooter and all the videos available to troubleshoot anything or just learn about what the scooter can do. Now, however, I am completely impressed by their customer service! I’m a big fan! Keep up the great work, 5 star!

    We bought 2 scooters 4 years ago and have been so pleased with them. They are hard to travel with in Airports but on the road they are great. We love them every time they save ** from having to walk long distance so we end up enjoying our time on the road. We have ordered parts a time or 2 now and they are prompt and through.

    We bought two Excalibur scooters from five star scooters and they are very well made scooters. We are very happy with the quality of these scooters but are even more pleased with the excellent customer service we have received throughout our experience with a well run company selling excellent products!     Last year, I purchased a Vrieden Umbella for our back deck. The product worked well. It was easy to assemble and disassemble at the end of the season. The umbrella provided great coverage and protection. When I needed to order some other parts for other features, the order and delivery were easy. I highly recommend the product and company.

    Have had a 5star scooter for 7 years and it is still running like the day I bought it. Paid for itself several times over in not only scooter rentals but fuel, I use it to run my errands instead of my car in many cases! Great product, much better than others I have seen on the market.

    My husband and I bought two scooters at the *************, **, 4 years ago. The Raptor Scooters I'm so very impressive with. We love ? them! The salesperson was not pushy at all. I enjoyed talking to ******* in person! ?? What impressed me the most is that my Sister and brother-in-law bought the same kind of scooter eight years ago from him with no problems no issues with their purchase of two scooters, I checked out ***** reviews I could not find one bad review this made me very happy, plus you can put two scooters in the back of a ****** Rave 4 with no problems! his website has all kinds of information about the scooters, and there are videos to watch a place to buy replacement parts. If needed, I haven't had to replace one part yet. So yes, go to his site and check things out. You will be impressed with the variety of videos to watch and other information. *****, he takes these scooters in the *****, fishing in the snow, etc. I love my beautiful black Raptor scooters! ? I have COPD. I was housebouned because of my breathing problems, but now I'm free at last, I can go anywhere I want to, I take mine to Dr ************ to the store to the lake on vacation, you name it, I can go everywhere now!!!     My husband an I bought two scooters at the Puyallup Fair, Washington 4 years ago. The Scooter is called the Raptor from ( five star scooters ) very impressed, we love them! The sales person was not pushy at all I enjoyed talking too him Stephen ******* in person!  What impressed me the most is that my Sister and brother in law bought the same kind of scooter eight years ago from him with not one problem with their purchase of two scooters, I checked out Steve reviews I could not find one bad review this made me very happy, plus you can put two scooters in the back of a Toyota Rave 4 with no problems! his web site has all kinds of information about the scooters, there's videos to watch a place to buy replacement parts, if needed I haven't had to replace one part yet.     8/5/22 purchased a umbrella at a show. All summer I waited for a stand that never showed up YET. I was able to talk to a *** or ****** she said it would ship mid October and still nothing, and now going into November. I did call but no answer I left a message no call back. When I purchased the umbrella and the sidemount to put on the deck I was never informed about it being delayed. I wanted to return everything since I could not use it but the return policy is for the birds. Thanks M@E sales for the lack of communication and effort to work with me. I understand things get delayed. I understand that people get busy. If you a consumer reading this you may want to look else where on buying a umbrella. Had the salesman said I would not get my side mount this summer I probably would not have bought the umbrella because it does me no good leading into November in *********.
