The company employs deceptive practices. The sign at the entrance says $2.00 parking. When you go online to pay since there are no employees,or humans around, the fee is $6.47 for 120 minutes. I was notified i needed to pay additional while my phone was off in the theater. By the time I returned to my parked car, I had exceeded my time by 10 minutes and had a violation fee of $47.00! I would have be glad to pay the additional 1 hour fee. If they used a credit card machine as you exit, it would be a non issue. Someone was there to stuff the violation papers in my car door. So this is how they scam and make $53.00 for 2 hours and 10inutes.

The ******************************* price is not advertised. You use the app and then it just shows an event rate from not that day or a Hennepin Staff rate. I had to park there last night and no evening rate just a $16.50 rate for the 1/15 date it was 1-29 Predatory. You need to show hourly rates or something else before you drive in

They stoped giving parking tickets at my lot and were silently ticketing people and then towed my partners car out of the blue. Priced up FOUR tickets to the towing company had to pay over $700 to get the car out. Also to note the website for the ramp we park at either doesnt have the correct paying options or one that is only for event parking only. Security is a minimum always at any ramp run by this company. Have not been able to pay for a slot ticket fee since there is no security guard at the ramp. Patiently waiting for the car to get towed again and to pay another $700 dollars. Live laugh love

This parking ramp company operates unlike any others in the entire city. There are no tickets to take, so you have to find the office to pay before they come behind to ticket your vehicle. And looking at their replies to all of the similar complaints here, their customer service is horrific.

      Good morning,

This Review doesn't provide any sort of specifics or any sort of issues that could've taken place which makes the review invalid and non-informative.

At all of our Garages that feature ***************** there are ample amounts of instructions on how to pay along with Payment signs along every sort of egress path via stairs, elevators, walkways, etc.

Ticketed Systems are an older technology and being phased out across the country. Over 55 locations in ************************** have switched to a Gateless System already.

      Thank you,

Wow, where to start. A predatory parking garage in ********* *********? Appalling consumer scam during a very routine activity that shouldnt require hyper vigilance to protect yourself. I parked at an Interstate Parking garage (**********************) in July and promptly paid the attendant for parking. I have documented proof of payment by my monthly credit card statement. The payment is listed as HONK parking. I have confirmed that HONK is owned by Interstate. One week after parking there, I received a notice of nonpayment and a citation for $80. I followed their appeals process and sent a redacted copy of my credit card statement proving payment. The company did NOT respond to my email. I have since received a COLLECTION letter (yep, all caps) from an attorney from ********! Its fascinating that Interstate sent the first letter within seven days of parking demanding payment. This was followed by another prompt action by the attorney. This company is very efficient at requesting double payment (plus their imaginary fine) - even when payment has been proven. Funny that they cant process a simple credit card payment given their efficiency at harassing and scamming customers. I have heard from a friend, who has had the exact same experience with Interstate Parking. This is a predatory company who is seemingly selling my personal information to a collection agency without merit. This company is not acting in good faith. ALL Interstate Parking lots should be should be avoided!!!! The convenience a particular lot is NOT worth it. Shame on all involved in this scam. The Company is based in *********** and operates in multiple states. The scam also involves another state (********) and an attorney who will be reported to the state bar. Oh, they also use the ***************** across multiple states to perpetrate this scam.

A predatory company. I spend over $350 a month in their parking lots and so do my co-workers. Their meter maids wait for people to park and barely give you the 10 minutes it takes to walk into work and pay on your phone before they ticket your car. They are money hungry. Not to mention the amount of times they have ticketed us when we have paid accurately and correctly. Oops. Now they have raised their tickets to a whopping $67 INSANE. I will be taking my $4000 yearly parking expenses elsewhere. Our employees are the only people parking in their lot so goodluck with your empty spaces!

We parked at their Side ******* Main location to see a movie. The signage was very confusing. I am an architect who has worked on several parking ramps so I know them inside and out. We went the wrong way because the entrance sign was was placed facing sideways between two lanes. After we found the correct entrance there was no gate or well marked spot to pay. We both looked but saw nothing. It turns out you have to scan a QR code to pay but we were not looking for this. After our movie we were shocked to find a ticket with a $45 fine on our windshield. I think this is a racket to make more money. I would give minus five stars if I could.

Hello ******,I'm sorry to hear about your experience and this is the first complaint that we've received since we launched this system March 1st. I'm not exactly sure what you're mentioning with the entrance sign as the Ramp has 5 lanes and all 5 lanes have LED Signs with ***** Arrows and Red X's along with above the Ramp there is a large blue pan sign that says Entrance, Exit, and Monthly Only. We haven't had one person state that they were confused with entering the facility. Upon entering the ramp, every lane has signs that are 2 feet wide x 3 feet tall explaining the process, on every crossover, elevator area, or stairwell, and elevator there are payment signs along with instructions. Our compliance rate for payment is 98% which is excellent. Also, on the citation that was issued we provide instructions on how to dispute a citation. If anything would've been disputed or explained, we would've happily reduced the citation to the daily rate due for first time visitors. I'm sorry about your experience and please let us know if you have any further questions.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. This company has the worst customer service I ever experienced in my life. I utilize it for an event downtown MSP and the gate malfunctioned and did not issue a ticket. Then when I left I had to pay $52. Not to mention calling and emailing customer service until I finally got a live person to help me. Please **************!

Good Morning ******, could you please provide the location of where you parked, date, and approximate time? We can look into and check the cameras for this instance and see what happened. It sounds like you had to pay a lost ticket fee, but based on what you're saying, we can go back through and verify what exactly happened.Thank you!

I registered and paid for (including a $25 hidden activation fee) a monthly parking space to park a vehicle I'm not driving in a lot where I'm literally the only person paying for a space. You'd think the company would be happy to at least have someone paying to use the lot. Instead, the parking lot attendant has harassed me multiple times, called the police in to ticket my vehicle EVERY SINGLE DAY (already totalling more than the monthly charge), and absolutely refuses to believe that I have paid for a parking space. When I attempted to show him my account information on my phone, he began ridiculing me while proclaiming that I was obviously lying because there's no way to register or pay on a phone. I persisted, but he refused to look at the information and stated repeatedly that he knows "for a fact that [I] have not paid because he is an Interstate employee and [I] have no authorization to park here." He then stated in a threatening manner that my vehicle needed to "get out of here, now" before driving away as I practically begged him to look at my information or check with the office. I am a friendly, reasonable, and generally easy-going person who has no interest in causing any trouble, so I can't possibly understand why this person would respond so negatively to my mere existence in an otherwise empty parking lot. It was a challenge to afford this space, so I can't just go pay another fee to park somewhere else, especially with all these tickets piled on. I've been stressed constantly the past several days and can safely say that this has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company.

Good morning ************** - there are a couple of issues going on in here in relationship to the parking contract you agreed when signing up on monthly parking online - one of them being that you have not picked up your hangtag for it to be displayed in your windshield. The contract clearly states that "at all times a valid permit must be visibly displayed in the windshield of the vehicle with the number facing the windshield (except if no permit has been issued). Failure to do so will be considered a breach of the monthly parking agreement and, in addition to any other remedies available to IPCMN, may result in a violation notice being issued and your vehicle being booted, clamped, or towed. Any misuse of permit will also be considered a breach of this Agreement."Another issue is also the use of parking lot as a general storage of your vehicle: "the parking of unlicensed or uninsured vehicles, the general storage of vehicles and the repair or maintenance of vehicles is prohibited. The parking of vehicles that, in the opinion of IPCMN, pose any kind of hazard or contain hazardous or objectionable contents or displays is also prohibited."Thank you for taking the time and provide us with your feedback - it is greatly appreciated.
