      Our basement drain backed up last night. In the morning we called HERO and talked with Renee who was pleasant, empathic and set up an "emergency" appointment. Within 1 hour our "HERO" Zach ************* arrived, promptly diagnosed our problem, completely corrected it and gave us tips on maintaining the drain.
      Zach went above and beyond any plumber we have had in the past! He is friendly, competent and respectful. It was a pleasure getting to know Zach as a real person! He is definitely an asset to HERO! .
      Our entire experience with HERO was Outstanding!!!!!
      When asked to recommend a plumber, with enthusiasm we with say HERO and Zach!!

      Working with Hero was fantastic showed what was being worked on and explained as the work was going on. **** was very knowledgeable and knew his stuff, was friendly and had good recommendations on how to keep all working smoothly in future!!????

      This was my second experience with HERO and I have been very impressed with the professionalism, efficiency, honesty and politeness of all the staff members I have had contact with . This is not true of all companies I am very satisfied.

      Nathan ****** did an excellent job of determining the problem with my AC. Before I had Bonfe, (see: crooked lying rat bastards), who came out 5 times and and diagnosed my problem to be a fail compressor which they said carrier would not warrantee and a new system of $7500.00! Nathan came out and not only disproved that, but showed that my issue was the nest thermostat short cycling the compressor. Also the use of a too high of MERV filter reducing airflow. Bam, a cheap honeywell thermostat and a 1in filter later and my house is cooled.
      If you want great service from a vet owned company that wont lie to you and jerk you around like Bonfe, Call Hero.

      Many thanks to Austin for talking to Rheem and getting them to send the needed replacement part (water heater gas valve) overnight. He also promised to return the following day to install the part (which he did). Very prompt and helpful and took our emergency (no hot water) seriously. Five stars!
