      The electrician Scott Boser from Hero was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. He did an excellent job explaining our situation and fixing our electrical needs. Hero did a great job communicating with us during the day and giving updates to when Scott would be arriving. Giving us three to four updates before he arrived. We also were sent an email with who our technician would be with his picture and information on our tech Scott before he arrived. The whole process went as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend using Hero again.

      ******* died, they were here in less than 2 hours. **** very professional and courteous, took the time to answer my questions and show me what he found. The whole operation very well done, texts when would arrive, texts when enroute with photo and bio, brought in second tech to confirm. Why wouldnt you use these guys?

      ************** ***************** Was terrific. Arrived on time, was knowledgeable and thorough. Most importantly he was Honest which is the most important quality you can find in a person and company. This was the complete opposite from an experience we had with ******* cooling and heating who tried to sell ** a new furnace without spending more than 2 minutes going over our furnace. Claiming the heat exchanger was cracked but couldn't show us the cracks.

      **** was very good, punctual for arriving as promised, courteous and neat. Did my furnace service and offered some maintenance items but not in a high pressure way.

      Replaced the water connection to my refrigerator. Completed the device promptly and professionally. Explain everything before doing the work and after the work was completed. He did an outstanding job.

      Emergency replacement of my Hot Water Heater. I called at 4AM and a very pleasant gal answered the phone, I was shocked!! Same day Service, *************************** was such a gentleman, Professional, he k n o w s plumbing!!! Very knowledgeable and communicated the issues with me, as a Customer. He did find other issues that were easily taken care of. NO hard Sales, just did what was best for my situation. I am so Blessed! THANK YOU!!!
