      ************************* did a superb job in fixing my leaking water problems. He was quick in responding and resolving the leak.

      We had Hero install new ************** a couple of years ago. They came to do an HVAC evaluation to make sure everything was working properly. We have had great service from all Hero employees and have been extremely happy with the work they have done. ********************* was our service technician that came out yesterday, and he was so professional & knowledgeable. Hero has been reliable and very responsive. We really like how they keep you updated on timing of their arrival and when the technician is enroute to your home. Also, sending a picture of the technician and giving a little bio of them is appreciated. My *********** would highly recommend Hero!

      Hero came out to see what was causing a circle in my yard where snow was melting!. First thought was sewer line. Plumber found a gas smell at the circle!! He orchestrated calls to the city and to Xcel. Xcel was here in 40 minutes. He really was a Hero. Wonderful company.

      ***************************** was very knowledgeable. He explained everything so I could understand. He enjoyed his work and it shows. He has pride in the work he does, which is very important.

      We have always had good luck with Hero. Mike came out today to make sure some equipment was working properly. He was very kind and friendly and explained some features of the equipment. Then he told me what to watch for upstairs so we keep our settings correct for the weather.

      I never write a review, good or bad. Hero electric is so overpriced it should be illegal. They charged us $236.00 to put two plastic outlet covers on outlet. Literally 50 cent apiece to screw them on. $ 576.00 to install gfci breaker, and $1400 for two outlets. Shame on them.

      ************* tech **** solved our problem and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave tips about led light bulbs that we werent aware of. We would highly recommend ************** **** did a great job of communicating with us before t **** arrived and after he left.
