  The crew that installed our new walk-in shower did a great job. Led by Dave *******, they arrived on time, were professional in all respects. They communicated throughout the whole process and did a complete clean-up. We are very satisfied.

  Minnesota used to be a good company, I purchased 2 windows for my business 5 years ago (about) and this Summer one of the windows came away from the frame of the window. I called and made a request for a someone to come out and look at it, it is unuseable now and never heard back from them. I called today Dec 12 to see what is going on, the person that I talked to no longer works there, and I was informed today that nothing can be done for the window, I need to purchase a new window!! I spend nearly $4000 on two windows, I will not spend another dime, shame on them.

  My wife and had mn. Rusco remodel our kitchen, they caused a flood in in our basement, ordered the wrong size cabinet doors twice which we still don't have. Bad communication. And tried to offer us a gift card to satisfy us.

  MN Rusco is violating the rights for people to leave honest reviews.
  It is their policy to offer discounts to unsatisfied people ONLY IF they sign a NDA.
  They start off small ($50 off or a gift card to somewhere) but the higher the discount, the NDA is non-negotiable.
  I had major problems with MN Rusco - wrong color trim, windows that didn't fit, broken locks, and it took over a year from start to complete finish. I would never use them again.
  After all of the problems, I negotiated a $2,000 discount but the only way I could receive the discount, was if I signed an NDA. I refused to sign because I knew they were violating my rights as a consumer. I have all the paperwork for proof if the BBB wants to look into this corrupt business.
  This company is NOT a 5 star company and should not be rated as such on Google or any platform, ESPECIALLY the BBB.

  I’m not sure why Minnesota Rusco solicited us to complete a review of our window experience with them- but okay.
  Minnesota Rusco put the wrong color window in our house. The color was listed incorrectly -by the MN Rusco sales person- in our contract. We did sign that contract.
  Since we didn’t check all of the contract details before we signed it, MN Rusco said we were stuck with the window. Unfortunately, we trusted the sales people because we literally showed those sales people samples of the trim colors from the other windows. They assured us that they could match those windows. Foolishly, we believed they could write a contract properly and name colors - given all the physical examples in front of them including our actual windows.
  The window we purchase and had installed is enclosed in the shower stall. The sales team saw the space and knew the situation. They told us the privacy glass would be obscuring enough so that you would not be able to see people through it. However, we may as well have been showering in the yard, because you could see perfectly through the “obscured” glass. We had to buy window obscuring film off Amazon so our neighbors can’t watch us shower. When we inquired of MN Rusco the sales manager said simply - that we had the highest level of obscuring glass and we signed the contract.
  MN Rusco offered us a $100 gift card from Target so we can paint our window the correct color. They also said they would give us a black screen that will match the window.
  Finally, they charged our finance account before discussing any issues we may have had to report about the project.
  Our window install with Minnesota Rusco has been very disappointing. Our other windows are from another company. If I could do it over again, I would have used another company and NOT Minnesota Rusco.

  My project of all my windows and doors was completed yesterday, everything looks great.
  Every step of the project was handled on a timely basis and the installation crew was great.

  We were going to use this company for a complete bath remodel because we were told they exclusively carried a Kohler shower wall system we wanted. Later, we discovered that this product had been discontinued by Kohler and MN Rusco didn’t have it in stock. They tried a “bait and switch” on us which we, thankfully, didn’t fall for. Additionally, based on our research, they were going to charge 50% more than the Kohler store previously charged for this same shower system. When we confronted MN Rusco about this and wanted out of their contract, they threatened to not refund our hefty deposit if we left a negative review. We waited a year to leave one on Google. Within a few days, we received a threatening letter from their attorneys to take the review down or be sued for defamation. It felt like the “mob” was coming after us. This company can’t tolerate the truth about their bad business practices. We wish we had read a review like this before signing up with them. Consumers deserve to know the dark underbelly of this company and how it operates. We could say much more about how shady MN Rusco is but this shower system debacle highlights best how awful it was to deal with them. And, the legal threats that followed the google review were laughable. We chose not to respond to their mobster letters and calls.

  We are very happy with the refacing of the kitchen cupboards which was done by Jake. He is awesome, very friendly, easy to talk to, and he does great work. He is very meticulous and focuses on pleasing the customer. The cupboards look great! There were a couple flaws by Minnesota Rusco where one drawer came damaged and four doors were the wrong size. They need to be replaced, and Jake put in an order for those. We will see how that works out as we've had issues with Service before, on another project with Rusco. They have been slow getting back to fix things. I hope this replacement doesn't take weeks. It has nothing to do with Jake. I had trouble choosing the star rating in this website. Sandy O.

  We've had nothing but problems with this project. The first two windows installed on July 17, 2023 were installed correctly except the moulding is different from the window in the upper bedroom now, that was installed this past Wednesday, 9-27-2023 by Nick. The upper window moulding is beautiful but completely different than the lower windows. We want the same moulding for the two lower windows. There are nail holes in the lower windows that we can see, whereas there are no nail holes in the upper bedroom, done by Nick.
  The upper bedroom window first came too small, so we had to wait over two months to get the right window.
  We would like someone to come out to our home and look at this unacceptable project. We are not happy about this at all. The window mouldings are completely different. And I'm not sure if the upper bedroom window is a triple pane.

  I love my new windows, they are high quality. They were Installed well inspite of having to use scaffolding! The installers did a great job of cleaning up inside and out. They made every effort to keep the installation appointment, even fixing their truck that broke down on the way!!
