  I can't say enough good things about MN Rusco. From meeting with the sales representative, to the customer care team updating me every few weeks. The installation for my updated kitchen started Monday and they finished Thursday as promised. The installer went over everything with me and he did a fantastic job of cleaning everything up. I plan to use MN Rusco for a bathroom project in the future and highly recommend them to anyone that asks me.

  Worst dealing with a company ever. Started with a visit from an untrained sales rep to writing up an incorrect estimate regarding the type of install, costing me additional money. Pressured into using them or I couldn't get the discounts. Took forever to install. Expected October 2021, installed in January 2022. Front window has had to be replaced 3 times due to cracking/breakage. Installers dropped window into landscape leaving glass everywhere. No clean up was done. Patio door had to be replaced due to marks inside of the triple pane. Now the screen door needs replacing. Screen door seems warped. Only 1/2 screens were placed on the windows leaving the other side wide open to bugs and stuff. All molding had to be replaced.
  Install left patching and painting needed because of sizing. A baseball size hole was made in my wall with being told. Very, very slow to respond to customer complaints but quickly to want their money. Would never, ever recommend Minnesota Rusco to anyone.

  The installers for Minnesota Rusco were excellent. Very professional, on time, explained what they were doing. Unfortunately, my two day job has turned into over a month. On top of that, it took eight months of paying on my loan, before the project even began. Now I am being told, that the remaining balance of the total price of remodeling will be charged even though the project is not complete.

  I am beyond pleased with the customer service attitude of this company. From the sales process, the installation, and follow-up, they have been a joy to work with and I love my new kitchen!

  Mike P was out at my house to install replacement windows for windows that were defective in the original install. He did a great job and his customer service was perfect.

  We purchased windows and doors from Minnesota Rusco and our overall experience was great, just a few small hiccups. We would definitely work with them again and provide recommendations. The great things -
  * Our sales rep George. He knew his products inside and out, was able to answer all our questions, and graciously stayed until 11pm on a weeknight so we could finalize our order.
  * Sergei and his crew from Minnesota Windows who installed the doors and windows. All of them were extremely friendly and stayed conscience so our dogs did not sneak out of the house or yard. They also knew what they were doing as we have had no issues with the our purchase even with the multitude of rain we have had lately.
  * Friendly and competent service when talking to someone at the actual store.
  * The products thus far. They look great and our energy bill is already lower than last summer.
  The hiccups -
  * We ordered a wood grain framed window for our front window, but they installed a white framed one. This means the quality control in place to validate the order before it was provided to the installers did not work as designed. That said, the company took ownership of the issue and offered to replace it at no additional charge. We actually declined that offer as the white frame looked just fine so the company immediately refunded us the price difference.
  * Took longer than expected for reps at the office to return phone calls. That said, once we were able to connect, the service was great.
  * We had difficulty completing the warranty information and needed to reach out for help. The instructions provided at that time were perfect. They should provide these instructions at the get go.

  Jacob was great. Explained everything down to the dollar. Knew the products inside and out. Friendly and courteous with a no pressure sales pitch.
