    Sarah and Pat were terrific sales reps. Warm, patient, and thorough, they really partnered with me to make sure I understood my options, the products, and the process. (They were also lovely with my three curious dogs, who needed lots of pets and attention during their visits!) Follow-up has also been terrific. I received thorough estimates right away, and schedulers called me within 24 hours to schedule our next steps. I haven't had my install yet, so I can't speak to that, but so far I am extremely impressed with their process and their customer service.

    We had a tech named Mike P. fix a problem with a window that was installed on August 2, 2022. The window could not be closed during our welcome rainstorm the following week. Mike had the part to fix the part that was broken off and got our window up and working. He was called to help us out and was here an hour later and we are very grateful for his help and his lesson on the how to clean the windows when they need washing.

    Minnesota Rusco replaced the windows on our house. Pavel, Vlad, and Eugene performed the installation. They made sure to communicate what was going on, answered any questions I had, and worked on rooms in an order to accommodate our needs. So far, I am pleased with the work.

    Sarah ****** was great on the sales side, and we just had the new shower installed last week and love it! High attention to detail, and involved us in the decisions on how high the shower head should be installed etc. Great overall experience.
