  Had a shower remodeled with the Luxstone product. I was very pleased with the process and especially the installation crew. Very professional, clean, timely, and the finished shower looks great. The city inspector said "these guys know what they are doing".

  We had several windows replaced. The installation was excellent. Terry and Mike were easy to work with and very professional and conscientious. The windows look great. Thanks. We are looking forward to working with them on some additional windows that need to be replaced.

  Had 2 baths remodeled and so happy that I contacted Minnesota Rusco.. They assigned me with a very knowledgable employee to explain the companys' products and brought samples to pick from. The project took approximately 1 week. The crew came daily and was very meticulous in what was needed. They even removed 2 very old style mirrors and repaired the sheet rock. Both bathrooms are beautiful. All that's left to do is install the new light fixtures and paint each vanity and walls.
  Thank you Minnesota Rusco for making my bathrooms look so beautiful and proud to even leave the door open.

  I am part way through working with Rusco on a kitchen remodel. The initial sales staff was awesome. The project manager we had was a rock star. The time to get to install was long but when it finally arrived, the cabinet installer was again a rock star, cabinets look beautiful. BUT, now the problems start. Our project manager quit and no new manger was assigned. Getting info on counter install, plumbing etc, no help you are on your own, Customer service is friendly but can't help you. The financing which is part cash part loan is messed up, Work is not finished but bothered daily to pay all remaining when they are supposed to get the rest of the loan first and then I pay the remainder AFTER work is done which it is not, Finance does not answer or return calls, if they do they do not leave messages. It is an absolute mess as bad as working with other contractors, except you have no real person to communicate with. Super disappointed with the communications. So far workmanship is highly recommended but be prepared to have the experience suck if your PM quits.

  The materials are top notch! The crew are awesome, easy to work with and very respectful. The prices are affordable and you have a lifetime warranty. I would recommend Rusco to anyone.

  We've used MN Rusco for window replacements last year for 10 double hungs on our main and second levels. Was happy with the process from sale to completion and relatively timely resolution of a few post-installation follow up items.
  Just recently, we got our old, cracked basement hopper windows replaced. Our installers were Windows of MN LLC. They were a good crew, arrived timely and finished our project in one day. They kept my husband up to date with issues and concerns while on site, and managed to successfully replace even the tough window that was located in a tight spot with an unmoveable big concrete sink inside, and large AC unit outside. They walked us through the project area at the end before having us sign off on completion. I appreciated their care in cleaning out all the leaves I had forgot to out of the window wells and keeping mindful of the plants nearby.
  I would recommend them and MN Rusco to others!

  We had them replace a tub with a walk-in shower, a new vanity and laminated cupboards and toilet. They are doing a great job but the trailer never has all the parts they need, they have been out twice now and still need to come out again. Hopefully it will be finished with this last trip. We had them do our kitchen and that was finished ahead of schedule and done very well. I give them a 3 on bathrooms.

  I had a tub replaced with a walk-in shower. The installation team was very professional and did not waste any time. During the entire process I was kept well informed. I am a much older customer and being included in the process was much appreciated. The cleanup was Great !!!!!!

  The team we had do our bathroom remodel, Doug and John, were fantastic. We had the entire bathroom redone; replace tub (with shower), toilet, vanity, mirror and flooring. Also, enlarge the door. Throughout the entire process Doug and John were professional, competent, accommodating and extremely pleasant. we couldn't have asked for a better team. We would definitely recommend Minnesota Rusco to anyone contemplating a remodel job.
