      If I could give them zero I would. I've been waiting 3 weeks for meds that are over do. They keep telling me to use alliance and then alliance says to use Optum. I'm now going through withdrawals and am very sick. My pharmacist trying calling and the same thing. They won't let me fill maintenance drugs at ********* forcing me to use mail order. Why do I pay for this s***** service. Dont use them unless you want to have serious complications

      UHC is my Part D provider.In refilling an Rx I have taken for almost 20 years, coverage is denied. Instead of paying $18 I am to pay $119. This has nothing to do w/ a deductible.Have called three times, unsuccessful in requesting an escalation of my call. They no longer escalate calls.Medicare is filing a complaint re access, questioning why filling a prescription a week ago was no problem.Medicare also advised me the most I should be paying is approximately $53.. this is fraud.
