Timothy **** - Excellent technician. This company, and the others under their umbrella are of the few I use. They have installed and annually do PM on my home's equipment. +20 years and counting. HVAC, electrical, plumbing.

I will never use Legendary Home Services again.
I had Dan with Blue Ox Heating and Air come out to replace my furnace and air conditioner after my air conditioner went out. They came and replaced the units. They did a decent job but left leaving my water heater leaking on our floor. When I asked about it, Dan said that it started leaking while they were outside and they never touched the water heater - although they were quick to slap the Paul Bunyan sticker on the water heater. I said that wasn't acceptable and he said, "well what do you want me to do about it? I'm not a plumber." He was reluctant to call Scott, the person who sold me the units to tell him what happened but when he did he told him that it "magically started leaking" and scheduled an appointment for a plumber to come out the next night.
They had a plumber come out the next day from Paul Bunyan Plumbing who said it had already been leaking so it cannot be fixed and quoted me $2500 to replace the water heater and offered a 5% "healing the relationship" discount - after trying to push their $20/month Legendary Care Club subscription. I had already gotten a quote from Home Depot and Champion plumbing to replace it for significantly less and ultimately had Champion complete the work.
This is not what I call legendary service. I get the water heater was not new, but no matter the age, I expected it to work as it did prior to Blue Ox coming into my home. If the crew noticed a leak before they started doing work and were incapable of completing the work without further damage they should have let us know beforehand before making the problem worse. I also get mistakes happen but if that were the case then own up to it and don't blame "magic" for the leak.Blue Ox Heating & Air
